It cost me $6000 plus my time putting down the sod and preparing the land killing off the weeds, rollotilling the lawn and putting down cow manure and soil mixture prior to installing the sod. In just one year, 3 seasons has ruined my lawn even though I irrigate my lawn two to three times a week in winter months. Weeds from other neighbors lawns, chinch bugs and improper trimming has killed two thirds of my lawn! And, I pay them in my HOA fees to kill my lawn. This is a disgusting lawn service company! It started with the first phone call and went downhill from there. On first contact, I was told "we're not just two schmucks with a truck." This turned out to be true. Two schmucks with a truck would be light-years better than 3 Season's. On that phone call, I was told Joe, the owner would be at my home at 9am the following Monday to meet for a quote. At 10am, after Joe did not show, I called only to be told about a lack of communication and given a litany of excuses. Despite this, I still hired 3 Season's. But this clearly foreshadowed what was to come. After having just spent many thousands of dollars on a complete landscape and hardscape renovation, I told Frank I would pay what was necessary to keep the lawn trimmed, the shrubs neat and most importantly, the beds free of weeds, grass and clippings. Name your price! Tell me what it will cost to keep the yard looking well manicured and I will pay. Frank gave me a quote that he seemed to imply was high, given the overall small size of my property. But I agreed to that quote, on the condition that I never have to call. This, in retrospect, was laughable. From that point on, there was never a week that I didn't have to call, text or email to find out why my property was not being maintained as agreed to (and paid for). Or maintained at all! Just getting them to show-up was an uphill battle. In some cases, it was weeks (more than two) without any service whatsoever. This review is already too long and barely scratches the surface of how horrible this company is, so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. And bear in mind, all of that mulch was spotless when I hired 3 Season's. Excuse after excuse after excuse. I hired 3 Season's because I thought their experience with commercial accounts would be a positive. I could not have been more wrong. What a joke. This company does only one thing well; they strive to maintain Pasco's low standards.

There are company that knows what they're doing and they take care of their customers. When you enter into the office, they have all kinds of goodies, jellies, jams gifts, and souvenirs and you're always greeted by someone with a smiling face and someone who is very happy to see you and to take care of you. I needed a specific plant identified and I brought a piece of it in and immediately the gentleman I was dealing with told me exactly what it was how it's going to grow and how to take care of it. I had an insect problem I took them a piece of the plant that had the insect problem. They immediately knew exactly what was wrong and told me what to use and I had no problems anymore. I trust them more than I do any of the big box stores. In fact, I'll only buy my vegetables and my vegetable plants from Canterbury Farms. They were very honest company and anytime you look at their plants. They're all clean and weed free and very well taken care of. I've gone to big box stores and see dead plants on display or for sale. It's like big box stores don't care how they display things. But Canterbury farms cares and they're set up is beautiful. They have plenty of parking. Their entrance is accessible by wheelchair or cart. The kids love to go there sometimes they have on Saturdays vendors that come and sell their vegetables and fruits and whatever's in season. They also have classes to help you learn about the plants that you have in your yard and how to take care of them. They'll educate you on fertilization watering and proper practices to keep your plants, healthy, and alive. I highly recommend buying all of your plants from Canterbury farms.
