Got a reply on Friday telling me that they would be here on Friday. Didn't know if it would be morning or afternoon, and then I was very rudely informed that they had 280 clients and 3 machines, and that they weren't going to mow 10 yd a day. As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed. Them not to come out on Saturday as if they were planning to, because I'd already found somebody that would come out and do the job. So the the guy was like, well, we just can't come out. And do you we put you on a route blah blah blah? But at no point in time was any of that explained to me, I wasn't told I was being put on a route, I was told that they would be out Thursday and Friday, I gave them one day's grace because of the rain, they told me that they would be there Friday, but they didn't know what time then they didn't show up. They were very rude. They wanted payment information before they even came to the property.It was just a bad experience all the way around.I would not recommend them at alltexted them end of the business day. We have had a lot of work done in our home over the years and this was THE BEST experience we've…read moreever had. Our air conditioning drain line leaked through the ceiling of the floor below and down the wall of the stairwell. We had to cut out several parts of the ceiling/wall and peel paint off of a lot of the wall because it was bubbling. I contacted Ace Custom Drywall and got a response immediately from Bridget, who looked at the pictures, gave me a price and was able to get us on the schedule for the following day. What blew me away from the start was the communication. She told me that they should arrive around 10am and would be in touch with an ETA in the morning. As promised, I received a text at 9:50am with an ETA of 10:05. At 10:05 they were here. Mike and Bridget are so friendly and the work they do is beyond meticulous. They put plastic sheeting up on the walls and floor before they started working and cleaned up before they left. The walls and ceilings were repaired perfectly and the texture was blended to the rest of the wall seamlessly. We will definitely be calling them again for more projects and will be recommending them to all of our friends.
