This company has gone completely downhill. I have used Precision property for years and they always…read morehave done a thorough job. That is no longer the case. I hired them for a spring cleaning to get rid of the leaves in my yard and my beds and my ID and pick up branches Etc. I ended up picking up most of the branches before they came because I had to mow my lawn. Two guys came out for about 90 minutes and cleaned up a portion of my backyard. Leaves were still all over the yard and in the beds along the house and in the ivy. Even though the work was not completed as contracted they charged my card the remaining balance. They never apologized. Never provided follow-ups and never did the job that they were contracted to do. They are lazy and irresponsible and are horrible at customer service. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone.

I logged into my customer portal and it said they were coming today, I spoke to someone on the phone at around 2:15 pm who said the they were coming this afternoon, then I got text an hour later saying that they got held up at another job that they would come tomorrow. They lack of respect and professionalism is shocking. I don't think they realized that we wanted to a lot more than just mowing with this company, but they can't handle the basics, so we will be moving forward with another company in the future and I suggest you all do the same.
