On May 18, 2026 we received a letter from Dana Realty Group regarding a change in property management. We have been with our previous property management company since 2023. We immediately reached out to them regarding the letter and was told that there is no change in property management and if there will be then we'd be notified from them. Which was the right thing to do because why would I pay a new management company our hard earned rent money when I don't know them and with a lot of scams going on in the world, anyone could've easily left a letter at my door claiming to be our new property manager. If there was such change, why wouldn't our old property management company know about it? Not only was that suspicious but I have proof of Wendi asking me for my lease agreement. If you were my new property manager, like you claim, would you not have that information already in hand? Why would I need to send that to you? We remained in contact because if such change were to be true, then we'd respect Dana Realty and do the right thing. However, until we received notice from our old property management company regarding the change then I'd trust my old property management company to do their legal obligation and transfer the funds but because the home owner, Wendi Dana's new client who shall not be named, was too impatient to wait for such change Wendi and the home owner decided to harass us by posting a 7 day rent to quit notice to start an eviction process!!!! I have sent WENDI AND HER CLIENT MULTIPLE TIMES PROOF THAT OUR RENT HAD BEEN PAID!!!! IT WAS UP TO THEM AND OUR OLD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH SUCH CHANGE AND RETRIEVAL OF SUCH FUNDS such as our security deposit, which lo and behold, WENDI DANA DID NOT HAVE BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT OUR PROPERTY MANAGER!!!! It wasn't until July 7, 2026 that we were made aware that such change was happening and was assured by our old property management company that our lease agreement, security deposit, and two months of rent money would be sent over to Wendi Dana. Yet somehow, even after ALL the proof that was sent to Wendi, and even a text of proof saying not to worry about the month of Junes rent because the owner knew it was paid and it was all good; so she claimed- but because she couldn't do her job and get our agreement and funds, she felt the need to pressure and harass us with a 7 day rent or quit notice at our doorstep. It is not our job to do her job for her. That's what the owner is paying her to do. However, because we did not want this ridiculous false claim to be on our report, we finally as tenants decided to take matters into our own hands and reach out to people near and dear to our heart in the real estate community. It only took our people TWO DAYS for our old property management company to send over the funds to Dana Realty Group. WENDI DANA COULD NOT DO THAT IN TWO MONTHS!!!! We have tried to speak to her on multiple occasions to discuss this matter, but have not received phone calls back. The one time she did have a conversation on the phone, she hung up. There is also proof of her unprofessionalism when handling such matters in text. I am so thankful that Wendi will NEVER be apart of any property we have to deal with again!!! She is a nightmare!!!! That's why she only has 3 stars. Attached is proof that rent was so called "all good." Proof that rent was paid to the owner for the two months she claims is unpaid. Also attached is a response to the better business bureau of her false claims that rent was unpaid but IN HER OWN WORDS it was "all good." So why lie Wendi??? I hope your business can improve but accountability on your behalf is a start on where such progress will be made. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!!!

He knows the different areas of Las Vegas well and was able to answer all the questions I had. Unlike most realtors I have worked with, David is the agent that will text you and ask "What can I do for you today?" And he will always pick up his phone or respond to texts within minutes. If you ask him to take videos of 3 houses, he'll do 5. I'm not aware that he has any day offs for the week. He picked up his phone every time I called, even when he was on vacation. Before getting in touch with David, another "top level" agent in Las Vegas told me that there were more buyers than sellers. Maybe he wanted me to bid generously? Well I did not like the tone of that one bit and never called him again. I didn't care how high rated or popular he was on Yelp, new builds were everywhere in the city so I called nonsense on that. With David, there was never any pressure to make a decision. I took as much time as needed to find a house. I bided at whatever price I wanted and asked for whatever appliances I wished. And David even helped me too. There was time when things didn't go well, he would answer my calls late at night to discuss plans for the next days. There is not much else that I could ask for in an agent. If you are out-of-state (or in Las Vegas) and need someone on your side for what can potentially be a stressful home buy process, give David a call. You won't be disappointed.

I helped said neighbor move out, my unit was left in better conditions. I reached out concerning this situation, was told they'd call back, never happened. Being charged $800+ is very disappointing considering the fact that I travel for work and I left the state for the summer. Don't expect your full deposit back, or anything close to it.

The kitchen appliances were very dated and either had broken parts or were non functional at move in. Upon move in the heater didn't work and 1 refrigerator drawer and 1 shelf were broken, so I replaced the shelf and left it for them when I moved out. The dishwasher had to be worked on twice, the microwave had cracks all over and the vent was broken, but it still heated food so I didn't complain. The water pressure in and outside of the home was terrible and only one source of water could be used at a time. I put in a maintenance request, someone came out, and it wasn't resolved. When the water was turned on in the backyard it made a loud noise that could be heard inside and outside the entire time. The blinds in all rooms were stained yellow and dirty. The sash was broken on the only window that opened in my daughter's room upstairs, wouldn't remain open without being held, and rattled so loudly in the wind. I had multiple conversations and maint. requests and was told to just "not open it." I had to tell them twice that's a hazard because if there were a fire or emergency she'd have no way out. After our back and forth and 2 maintenance requests it was finally fixed one month later. Upon move in many lights didn't work. There was an inspection done at 9 months of renting where pics were taken and I was told that the house was in great condition and I was taking great care of it. Now at move out I hired one of their cleaning vendors who told me that my house was very clean, didn't need the carpets cleaned (carpet only upstairs and shoes never worn), and could've been cleaned by me rather than professionally. Management doesn't allow that so I paid her fee of $600 and felt that I would receive the majority of my $1850 deposit back since they told the cleaning vendor I wouldn't be charged for anything cleaning related which was a lie. Come to find out I was told by management that the walls were very dirty therefore I was charged $600 for excessive wear and tear paint touch up (I didn't mount any TV's only hung a few pictures sparingly throughout with small nails) and $175 for yard work. I cleaned the front yard but again they want only professional work so I'll eat that. They attempted to charge me $40 for bulbs although I changed them all before moving out and when I moved in most didn't even work. They also attempted to charge me for yellow paint on 1 blind even though I noted that on my move in inspection list. All in all after 15 months of renting with all of these issues I was charged over $1300 at move out for taking care of their home and even leaving replacement parts for the fridge and towel rack that I purchased with my own money. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

So we had people moving into our house on Friday because the buyers bank funded their loan to escrow and escrow has the money to pay us and our loan ,yet they did Not pay us or our loan. They recorded the title to the new buyers . So legally it is not our house. Yet we are still paying for the house loan , property tax and insurance on a house that is not ours . Yes I know that is legal in NV and Ca and a few other states but it's horrible customer service, disrespectful, a liability ,waist of money and ethically shady. Just because it's legal to cheat on your wife doesn't mean it's right . You get a divorced right ? Then start dating ... Why use an Escrow company at all if your not able to execute all the transactions on the same day !?. Choose A good honest escrow / title company or a lawyer but please Not Nevada State Title they seem to want to operate on the fringe of being barely legal.
