Definitely go here for any of your printing needs. This location is on Warm Springs in between Stephanie and Arroyo Grande. Parking is available right in front. I had a bunch of projects that we are working on and I was able to get great pricing and qualify work. Mike was able to assist me and he was able to get my prints done same day right before the holiday weekend. The customer service is great and the quality of the work was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be using this location again for my printing needs. read more

Great customer service and fast turnaround. What more can you ask for in a a printer!

I uploaded a small printing order, and the next day I called (had to leave a message) to see if the order was completed before I made the trip over to pick it up. I received no call back or email stating it was completed. I emailed today expressing my dissatisfaction about the poor communication. Instead of showing a little bit of customer service and apologizing for the confusion, or for not calling back or emailing, I was chastised because apparently I was told it was going to be printed when they received the file. This kind of customer service is awful. The sad thing is, that they might be a great printing company, but I will not be going back to find out. There's far too many other printers out there wanting my business, and companies that will give great customer service. read more

I've been a graphic designer for over 30 years and have dealt with all manner of printing services, large and small. So believe me when I say that Minuteman Press in Henderson, Nevada has their act together. I needed a short run of promotional pieces printed, scored, trimmed, and folded -- and they cane out looking fantastic! But being able to properly use their equipment to produce quality results is the absolute least that any printing company should be able to provide its customers, all the time and every time. What sets a company apart is their dedication to customer service, and this location of Minuteman Press delivers an A+ on that front as well. Mike was great from my first phone call, letting me know that even though I needed same-day service and would require exacting results, he was ready to help. We went through two rounds of proofs to allow me to make revisions and tweak things and I was so happy with the process that I wound up having them do the finishing services that I was originally prepared to do myself. As if that wasn't enough -- when I returned the second time after having made my final round of file revisions, Mike was assisting this sweet elderly couple who needed party invitations designed and printed. His patience, kindness and thoroughness were all on display for me to see that it wasn't just my professional needs that they made look easy, it also extended to "hand holding" though the process for people who knew nothing about printing. I've used IMP for the last 3 years and they have the most wonderful customer service and always go above and beyond to meet my sometimes high maintenance requests. About once a year I hold a seminar and need around 100 binders printed and put together, this is something that would take a full work day to do, IMP now takes care of this for me.
