They didn't own the mistake, didn't apologize, didn't attempt to fix it. They buried their heads in the sand, hoping the problem would go away if they ignored it. And that should give anyone pause. She…read moreresponded quickly to all text and calls, her boyfriend came at the time specified and covered our floors, steps, and belongings sufficiently to prevent damage or staining from paint. They were finished before the timeframe that was given (more on that later) and left. After the job was done is when things took a turn for the worse. Not only did one of their workers KNOWINGLY ( he made a poor attempt of trying to fix it thinking we wouldn't notice) break an expensive custom made blind that they did not tell us about (we were compensated after we pointed this out), we also noticed NUMEROUS places where they allowed the paint to drip down our wall leaving unsightly clumped up paint, improper sanding of the walls that left a very noticeably different look from one place to next and overall shoddy workmanship. We were also left with a huge bulge in one of our main walls from improper sanding and mudding, the Boyfried came back to "correct" this issue along with the paint drips but only made the area WORSE! We came to the conclusion that these individuals were incompetent, this was confirmed after we consulted with other reputable painters in the area (whom we should have hired instead of Valdes). At least three other painting companies were consulted and they all said the work was incredibly substandard and amateurish. One company was appalled they completed the work in such a short amount of time and stated for it to be done properly it would have required at least 3 more days. I regret hiring these people, I have gone back and forth with Jacky attempting to remedy the situation but we got absolutely no where. I paid over 4K for this job and she offered only $500 in return which will not begin to correct the mess they made. I have pictures, videos, text and emails to support everything that is said in this review. Attached are a just a few pictures for reference, trust me I could post many more. We wanted to sand and restain the upstairs and have the master carpet taken out and hardwoods put in. Downstairs we wanted all LVP. They were great with the hardwoods and stain. Some of our newly painted walls were scuffed more than I would have expected though and they said that was "normal." So be mindful if you're doing floors and walls which one you want to do first. We were aware the downstairs floor is uneven (they did point this out prior too), but suggested flooring shingles to help level as a cheaper option since self leveling solution would cost a fortune. They came in and did the work and did a great job, even installed our baseboards too. They were communicative and cleaned up well. We were very happy with it. After couple of weeks after we found a couple of spots that were hollow. They came back out and glued them down for us. It was amazing! Now, we are several months later and we are having issues where some of the LVP boards un-clicking and it's spreading more. Here I thought we would have a couple of years before this started. We have reached out to them for help or direction/recommendations for companies that can assist (even if we have to pay again) as they had previously mentioned someone could come out and spray foam under to make it level. Unfortunately, with several emails and follow up we still have yet to receive a response. I fear we've been ghosted.
