I would actually give o stars. He does not fight for you , he is weak. No communication at all. He didn't even talk to us to the day of court. He took us to the wrong court room, he told us about the judge and then realized , he isn't even the judge. He is the absolute worst he was telling me wrong court dates and wrong times. He was unprofessional very unorganized. He did not try to fight for me all he said was I was going to prison. Do not even think about going to this lawyer. He should be disbarred. He took my money and did absolutely nothing for me. I don't think he even remembered who I was when he showed up at court and agreed to temporary custody agreement that I never had the chance to talk with him about and did not agree with the arrangement. I didn't get to talk to him because he won't take the time to talk with clients. He doesn't care about the outcome of his cases. He just takes your money, makes no attempt to understand the case and agrees to the other side's demands. He is useless and doesn't even deserve one star - but there is no "0" rating. read more

Zero stars if possible. The only good service received was the recommendation of an actual professional attorney (Taren Cabelka - 5 stars). I received no reimbursement of time or money wasted. Rob sent multiple correspondences over several months on my behalf without my knowledge or approval. He never informed me of correspondences from the other party. He scheduled a court date without my knowledge. I found out from the other party, less than an hour in advance, that the assistant was not even aware of. During this "hearing" he falsely agreed to a custody arrangement that I never even reviewed, that took another 9 months to actually resolve because of his unprofessionalism. He/someone acting on his behalf sent email correspondence resembling drunken texts. (And yes, I still have the emails if anyone is curious) And at one point, Rob actually told me (as a single parent, female, raising my child with no help from her father who I was granted a protective order against) that he could better relate with the other party just because he is also male and a father. read more

Horrible Law firm. Robin Rochelle can't even remember who he is representing and can't remember the specific case. They don't return calls or emails. They don't reach out to you. If you don't get ahold of them they won't make the effort. Whitney (his secretary) is rude and unprofessional who can't keep anything organized for the law firm. On multiple occasions she had set up appointments with Rochelle and failed to tell him! So I wasted my gas and time. I had other clients pay stubs and information in my folder. Absolutely a waste of money and time. Rochelle WILL NOT fight for you. Don't waste your time or money. Find someone else. read more
