At times he was so relaxed about everything that I wasn't even sure how badly he wanted us as clients! When we first met, though, Jack came very prepared and gave us a great presentation and booklet explaining the process. When it came time to list our house, the listing and photography were done very well. Our biggest challenge was that the market simply wasn't producing many showings. I'm pretty proactive, so I decided I wanted to get aggressive with the price rather than sit around waiting. Jack was completely supportive of that strategy and, more importantly, was willing to be flexible and work with us to make sure we retained as much of our equity as possible. That's ultimately where I really appreciated Jack's style. He didn't fight us for control of the process or try to convince us that he knew better just because he was the agent. He listened to what we wanted, gave us room to make decisions, and supported us when we wanted to move aggressively. Looking back, what initially felt a little hands-off actually had some significant advantages. She requested a pest inspection that was unnecessary due to the fact that the Home inspection covers that as well. Every time we needed help or had questions she was out of town. Lied to the buyer to make a sell and get her commission. AVOID her if you want a fair deal when purchasing a home.

One bad apple and all.
