I informed him that we as attorneys go to the CPA, not the other way around. Two days later he told me he was just going to file the returns with seriously wrong information on them, and we would amend them later, because he did not have enough time to do them the right way. I refused, and he sent us a termination letter, leaving us to do our own return just four days before the deadline. We did our own return and found that on the previous year, Usman had vastly incorrect information, as if he made it out of thin air, increasing our tax liability for 2023. He is the worst accountant I have experienced in over 30 years of law practice. Do not recommend.

Mr. Boeger asked if my husband and I have pre or post nuptual agreement. We don't. I told him this. Wasnt sure how this related to our taxes. I asked Mr. Boeger for further clarification. He told me to look this up as he didnt have time to go further into this and he had a pile of corporation tax returns he had to deal with by April 15th. He back pedaled offering to do a consultation next week on Tuesday or Wednesday. Please take personal taxes off of your description.
