It's simply a template that needs to be completed. It took 8 days to get what should have taken 1 to 2 days at most. They charged me an EXPEDITED rate and would not budget on that. I told them during first phone call that I needed it ASAP as closing date was just 10 days away, but they mistakenly noted that it was two months away. I need to have my trust redone as I have had some life changes since it was completed, but I certainly won't be having Mannor Law Group do it.
