The crew of 4 (Tyler, Zach, Junior and Anthony - the JSM) arrived on time as scheduled, were very polite, organized, focused, and worked very efficiently. The stain material was new to them, so they listened and took our advice on how to apply the material. All the scraping and priming was completed in one day. They then spent two days completing the finish coat. Each day they cleaned up - placing ladders and equipment in a designated area. The house looks great and not a spot of stain on our new deck! They also canceled day of the project with only 15 minutes notice after having to plan my day around them coming out. The also had to reschedule once before that as well. The final day them came out to do one more coat and they ended up missing 2 large spots so that it doesn't look even. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to not having to do a job and a sharp looking room but all I got was stress and a bad job. With the quality of the work and canceling the owner did recognize and we renegotiated the price however still disappointed as I sit here and look at the job.

If you have an older home or home which may need repairs in areas DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I just paid a high amount for a 10x11 room, stair case and ceiling tape peel repair and they did an awful job as you can see from the photos. First day, they mudded some but missed many areas, I noticed they started painting and not repairing areas...when I spoke to the owner he said we don't do repairs. When I had the initial meeting, I pointed out areas and said I would like all of these imperfections, dings, fixes and he said yes, we will repair all of that. I showed him the crack in walls and he said we would fix it and you won't see it after. If you didn't do repairs...they should have disclosed that at that first meeting and I would not have hired him. He said we will just paint over top of existing. I said I would have done it myself if I knew that, but instead I paid for professional company to have repairs done and these are the results... these are some photos after work completed. One person Steven, seemed to take pride in work and started doing some repairs but wasn't here each day and as you can see it wasn't completed well at all. This is not what I would call a professional paint job. On the last day, I said to Eric the owner, I'm not happy with these results, he said I don't think I can make you happy! Wow....insulting! I said, "you are the professional, you see all of these errors, you know this could have been done better, he said yes I actually see these bubbles on the fireplace, which I'm going to try to fix before I leave...ok but everything else would you want to post these photos on your website and are you proud of the work? And he said yes! So he didn't fix the bubbles, and here is the PROOF of their work, proof that no one would be happy with this level of work. Also during this time he said he is starting his own company called Monarch Painting, separating from current pso I wouldn't recommend that company either.
