In 2001 my dog puked on the floor they were unable to get it clean so they did replace the carpet in 2021. Now we're in 2025 I put a claim in in 2024 and there's like brown spots all over I thought they were stains but it's not it's actually wear marks and I guess this carpet is known to do that. I did put a claim in with the warranty company with engineer flooring and the lady said well you had a professionally clean the carpet but they used a different kind of machine so that's not going to be covered. If you look under the warranty it doesn't specify what kind of machine just professional cleaners which they were and it states it has to be cleaned by hot water extraction which that's how it was cleaned and it's on the receipt.. So she closed out my claim for a bogus reason and completely untrue there's nowhere in the warranty stating it has to be a certain machine to shampoo the carpet under the warranty. So my carpet the whole thing looks brownish gray it's supposed to be just a gray carpet. I had a rug A Little Rock where you put shoes on if you looked up that rug you can actually see the color it should be nice light gray and now it's all brown and I'm embarrassed to have anyone over to my house. I did reach out to the owner rich and he never responded back I also text message to him no respond back. I would advise you not to go through this company because they don't stand by their product if the warranty company is not standing by it then the company should come back out look at your carpet put another claim in at the very least. they just don't care to be honest. Very disappointed because I looked at so many different companies with carpets and I chose them to do my carpet and now I regret it. So just know if you buy a rug from them it's going to where marks all throughout the carpet. So just walking on the carpet if you have dogs or kids playing and they're not going to replace your carpet and they should because it's where marks and in their warranty say if that happens I'll replace the rug. Well that never happened. I would just go to a different carpet company all together one that stands behind their warranty. You're going to end up in a couple years your carpet is going to look like crap with wear marks everywhere it's so disappointing. Christie Carpets has a lot of different flooring options to choose from, and a large show room in Greece where you can look at flooring samples in real life and check out colors and textures. I believe they offered to let us take samples home to try them out, but we made our choice in store. My husband and I chose a wood look flooring by Coretec for its easy to clean nature and resistance to dog scratches. The flooring itself did take quite a while to come in - like 8 months or so - but this was not Christie Carpet's fault (supply chain issues!) and they called me every few months with an update. My install took an entire business day (a nice excuse to take off of work) and the installers were friendly and professional. We are extremely happy with our new floor and I highly recommend Christie for your flooring needs!

If you have an older home or home which may need repairs in areas DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I just paid a high amount for a 10x11 room, stair case and ceiling tape peel repair and they did an awful job as you can see from the photos. First day, they mudded some but missed many areas, I noticed they started painting and not repairing areas...when I spoke to the owner he said we don't do repairs. When I had the initial meeting, I pointed out areas and said I would like all of these imperfections, dings, fixes and he said yes, we will repair all of that. I showed him the crack in walls and he said we would fix it and you won't see it after. If you didn't do repairs...they should have disclosed that at that first meeting and I would not have hired him. He said we will just paint over top of existing. I said I would have done it myself if I knew that, but instead I paid for professional company to have repairs done and these are the results... these are some photos after work completed. One person Steven, seemed to take pride in work and started doing some repairs but wasn't here each day and as you can see it wasn't completed well at all. This is not what I would call a professional paint job. On the last day, I said to Eric the owner, I'm not happy with these results, he said I don't think I can make you happy! Wow....insulting! I said, "you are the professional, you see all of these errors, you know this could have been done better, he said yes I actually see these bubbles on the fireplace, which I'm going to try to fix before I leave...ok but everything else would you want to post these photos on your website and are you proud of the work? And he said yes! So he didn't fix the bubbles, and here is the PROOF of their work, proof that no one would be happy with this level of work. Also during this time he said he is starting his own company called Monarch Painting, separating from current pso I wouldn't recommend that company either.
