Sent the pictures and didn't hear anything back so called again and was told he received the pictures and would send me pricing. 5 months later and he never contacted me in any manner. Who turns down that amount of work in one location? We're talking somewhere in the $18K range. I feel bad for anyone who had generators or heat pumps installed by him as I can imagine how long it would take for him to get around to servicing them if there was a problem with one of the units.
