The same areas have gotten worse and worse and Donnie is totally unresponsive to our repeated calls and pictures of the problems. He refuses to return our calls. These areas have gotten bigger and he has gotten totally silent. This was supposed to be a 'lifetime warranty'. If we were to have this repaired by someone else it would not match AND I am sure it would void our warranty.
