I did not call the plumbers who installed the toilet, I called Michael to fix the leak. He came out and discovered the seal between the toilet tank and the toilet bowl was not secured properly and leaking. Michael tightened the bolts and fixed the leak. He went over the install and checked to see if there were other problems. He found a couple and recommended some repairs but since it was a Saturday and repairs were not urgent, I decided to wait on the fixes. I found Michael to be very professional explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. It was quite a different experience from the plumbers who installed the toilet and who were in a hurry to finish the job and move on. I highly recommend Michael for all plumbing needs and by the way his rates are very reasonable. If you want your plumbing job done correctly, call My Guy Plumbing. If just want someone who may show up, call some else.

I had some family issues and called about a year later. I reminded him that I called. I asked him to call me and set up an appointment. He never called back. I won't be calling again.
