This company is stellar! I have now had two EXCELLENT experiences with Six Point Plumbing. I cannot recommend them enough. They are knowledgeable, super-professional, friendly, clean, and thoughtful, and they do great work! will be telling everyone I know about them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Right after I bough my house my water heater went out earlier this summer. Ryan came out right away (same day!) and helped me get everything setup for a very reasonable price. He was so personable and considerate about how he did the work, how he cleaned up afterwards, and helping me out with understanding the water situation here since I was new in town. Fast forward to today. I was really struggling with how hard the water is here (my hands were cracking and it isn't winter yet!). Because of limited space at my home to install a water softener/filter system, I found a system that worked well for my space but it would require some routing of pipes, etc. to make things work. Ryan sent Jesse to take care of the job, and Jesse was great, too! It ended up being more work than anticipated and he was great about letting me know everything it would entail. He was also very conscientious and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and patient while we spent the time figuring out the best placement for the system. And he went above and beyond to write down the instructions I'll need to maintain my filter replacements in a year (and even going so far as to label my valves so I can follow the instructions easily, and the labels for the filters so I don't get them mixed up a year from now). He was so helpful and took such good care of me! I had other questions and he answered them without hesitation. And, Ryan (the owner) was great about providing me a very fair price for the work. I had a hose bid leak and decided to replace my husband's toilet at the same time with a chair version. Ryan was quick to respond to my inquiry, answer questions, give me direction on what he needed to determine my issue. Received very fair quote which included discounts for multiple services and for seniors. I had to reschedule and Ryan was accommodating. Texted to inform us when he was on the way. Once here was very polite, put on paper shoe coverings and respected our home. Provided ongoing feedback on what he was doing and was professional throughout his time in our home. Ryan has been working with us for about three months on our major remodel project, kitchen, and two bathrooms.
