I have not ONE but TWO receipts from them stating that it was paid but yet they say it was a "returned payment". they have continued to tack on fee after fee with no solution to where the money went. I went from owing them 235.50 for one months rent to now 684.20 because of all of there fees. this is ridiculous. Each person could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a refreshing experience. And when we rolled in 15 minutes before close 2 days later everthing was ready to go and in less than 10 minutes we were unloading into our unit. The unit was big, clean, dry and easy to access.
