Allen runs an honest business and is someone you can trust with your belongings. No matter how…read morevaluable or for how long, Allen will make sure the doors into the storage buildings secure properly, the exterior lighting works and the area is clean. Once inside, the storage lockers are clean and the walkways are clear. He greeted us every time we arrived to drop off more items or to retrieve items. He answered every question we had over the phone, prior to our securing a rental space and the prices remained what he quoted us over the phone, once we arrived. As a parent out of state, you want your young adult children to encounter other adults they meet in the world to treat them with respect, courtesy and honesty. Allen did all of that and almost felt like family in the end. He knew my daughter was navigating this on her own as she interned for a season with the Atlanta Falcons and that she wouldn't be a long term renter and that didn't matter. He would do whatever he could to make her rental experience as smooth and simple and as affordable as possible. So if you ever need to store your belongings in the Flowery Branch area, you need to go to USA Storage Centers and ask for Allen. He's our guy and he won't let you down!

We have have had this service for 15 years, since we built our house. We have always found them…read moreprofessional, knowledgeable, timely, and courteous. They just filled our tank right before an ice storm. We have a backup generator which uses a lot of propane when it's running, and we were afraid it would be running for days. They got to use before the storm hit and filled the tank. We didn't lose power, but were much more confident that we would be OK if we did. That's a pretty big deal if you're old. We also find the prices competitive, so are happy with them as well. Would absolutely recommend these folks.

I have been using this place for several months now and have been very happy here. The 2 employees…read moreI see are both excellent and very helpful, Emily has helped me several times. They also make me feel safe here coming & going. If I email questions I get a very quick reply. I had a door issue they were quick to respond and address. I like the code to get in & out so I can come and go as I need to. I chose a non climate control unit, because I need drive up access. Otherwise I think I would suggest you get one with climate control for your own comfort if you will be in & out. Not an issue with the facility, just a suggestion in general. It is a little pricey, and you need to have insurance on your items. It was easier to just use theirs, so that is what I did, no issues thus far. A few things to note that I was not aware of- There is nowhere to toss regular trash, I have to take it with me. They have a dumpster you can use but there is a monthly fee and it wouldn't be worth it unless you had a lot of trash to dispose of each month and I do not. They did offer to assist if I had a box or something as a one off which was very nice of them. The other thing that surprised me was it costs more to have extended hours access. I do not recall how much it was because the regular access hours are early enough and late enough for my needs so I think you'd only need it if you come really early or return really late.
