There was no pressure to buy on the spot as I had experienced with other contractors. Once I decided to trust them with my roof, I submitted the contract and was contacted to set up a consultation with the project manager. The project manager called to confirm the appointment ahead of time and when he arrived, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and extremely thorough. On the day my roof was being done, he was there and answered all my questions and addressed a concern I had about protecting my rose garden. The crew worked quickly and did a wonderful job in protecting my home and landscaping. All while doing a magnificent job on my roof. After the roof was completed, the project manager met with me to review the work and did a thorough inspection for quality control. From start to finish, this was an experience so positive, I will only call them when it is time to do my siding, windows and gutters.

They said that they could not do it unless the dryer company. They also informed me that since they came to the house their obligation was done and if I wanted to have the vent replaced I would have to pay them again AND arrange for a dryer vent installer to be there at the same time. Updated review: The company hired another company to do the…read morework. It wasn't directly willow run workers. It did contribute to some minor issues and miscommunications. In the end, it was resolved, but we had to go directly through the other company. we were getting very little movement when we contacted willow run. Overall,not bad.
