The second time I have used Becker's. The first, was for removing old wood and replacing it with insulated siding and Tyvek on the front of my home. They were price competitive, timely, and efficient. I called the second time, not knowing whether they would be willing to look at a "fountain" from my gutter. Not only did the office check to find out who my workman was, but Nate appeared, when I'm sure they had been swamped with larger jobs. Hold on to Nate!!! Not only did he check all my downspouts, but was able to come back that day and secure the downspout to the gutter. Best move ever on my part. Thank you so much! read more

Horrible company They rescheduled my appointment four times and on the fifth time (they tried again) I told them they have poor business practices and should not continue doing business! The lady scheduling has ZERO customer service skills... she was totally happy losing a customer - well she lost one forever and I will tell everyone I know! We had a window shutter that loosening from our house exterior. While researcing companites that repair shutters, I found Becker's. Since Becker's is rated A+ by the BBB and top rated on Angie's List and HomeAdvisor, I called to see if they would be willing to have one of their employees come to our house to firmly adhere the widow shutter. One of their employees, Henry, drove 40 minutes from DE to my house in the Philadelphia suburbs to simply secure one window shutter to our house. He was on time, friendly, and professional. He quoted me a very reasonable price for the repair and completed it within 15 minutes. Henry offered to check all of the other window shutters to see if they were securely attached, since he was in the area that day. I agreed and after surveying the shutters, he said no additional repairs were needed. I really appreciated his honestly. I wrote out a payment check and gave it to him. In in no time at all, the problem was solved. It is so refreshing to find a contracting company that is willing to go far out of their way to do a simple repair and not suggest any other unnecessary repairs. My first contact with Becker's Roofing was with owner Brandon for an estimate, he was cordial, pleasant and very knowledgeable, no hard sell , the scheduled dates for the chimney and roof replacement were on time. When the roof replacement started my contact was with Byran George (Project Manager) he oversaw the project from start to finish, very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I am writing this review from the comfort of my newly finished sunroom by BECKERS, and want to send a huge thank you to Rob Pierson, and countless others involved in my project.. Just to name a few: Mark, Ricardo, Dave, Dan, Mike and many others. I had been considering replacing my deck for a few years as it was in need of more repairs. There were some rotting boards, and it was overall in declining condition, and not really up to the current standards. After a great deal of consideration, I decided I wanted to close the deck space with a sunroom, and build a new smaller deck for my grill. After getting several quotes from a couple various companies along with BECKERS and doing a lot of research, reading online reviews, and checking with the Better Business Bureau, along with talking to a neighbor who used BECKERS for other projects at another house, I decided to use BECKERS and I was not disappointed. I absolutely love my new sunroom and couldn't be more pleased with everyone at BECKERS. I originally had a project manager that resigned, and had a very smooth transition when Rob Pierson took over. Rob has been really great, constantly keeping in contact, communicating with me all the updates. He also would check in periodically just to let me know there were hold ups like still waiting for materials I never felt the need to make any phone calls myself to check in because Rob was always on top of everything. The project was not without an issue or two, with the changing project managers there were some loose ends, material delays, a warped door, and a few change orders by myself, but BECKERS was very responsive, and particularly Rob followed through and ensured all of the issues were resolved as quickly as possible. We need to do a roof replacement at our town house, looked into several vendors before decided on Beckers. They are very professional and did a great job. The manager Brian was very responsive, and made extra effort to put some temporary fix for the leaks, because the original schedule time was delayed due to rain. The final replacement looks great too. Will definitely use them again. read more

Beckers did great job on outr roof in a timely manner, however they were suppose to fix our chimney a contract signed over 6 months ago and postponed it now twice and then communication has come to a minimum keep calling saying" we haven't talked to the tech" now he supposedly got the flu ( I'm not buying story before the holiday) I've kenneled my dogs twice to accommodate them so now I'm pissed. Becker's was a huge disappointment. We had to have Brandon, the owner, come out to discuss our poor roofing job. We agreed to allow the original roofer to come back to fix his roofing job, 'to allow for education about redoing work in your own time' only to be even more disappointed. Update- I reached out to Becker's and discussed my disappointment. Brandon was very accommodating and insisted he make changes. I resisted because I didn't think it would make a difference. I finally allowed Becker's to come and make the changes that Brandon recommended. His crew (Bill... sorry I don't know your last name or your other crew members names) did a great job. My husband and I had been thinking about getting new windows for the past couple of years but hadn't done anything about it. Recently, during my walks, I saw several houses get a new roof and one with new siding and windows. All being done by Becker's. What impressed me the most was how the crews were always working and how nice everything turned out. Needless to say, when I spoke the homeowners, they were all very satisfied. After three quotes we decided to use Becker's to do our windows. We were not disappointed! Jim and Mike were a great team! It was evident when they got started that they knew what they were doing and we felt confident that the job was going to be done right.
