I'd give this review 5 stars because of the amount of times I've been here, I've never had a problem and I do still plan on returning. But today I went in to order something and when I said the title of the book the cashier looked at me like I had three heads. It really hurt my feelings because it is a self help book for grief and understanding loss, and even though the title is a little shocking I don't think it was professional for the cashier to judge me so harshly for wanting to buy and read this book. For reference the book is called 'The Autopsy of a Suicidal Mind.' After that interaction with the first cashier I actually had a very positive interaction with a second cashier, the man who ordered the book for me since it wasn't in the store. The interaction was professional, kind and in no way did I feel judged for my selection. Like I mentioned before, I do plan on returning because this is one of my favorite stores, but I wanted people to be aware of the problem I encountered, because it did quite frankly hurt my feelings a lot.

I finally found the travel section because they're usually on left in the back. I go get a coffee. I asked for a latte with whole milk and an extra shot . While ringing me up, she asked again what kind of milk I wanted. Since I hadn't paid for my book yet i suggested why don't you make this while I go pay. At the payment area there were no cashiers , only one person off the side sorting books. The same one that was out on the floor, I'm trying to make noise so she heard me finally comes over and asked me if I'm ready, I'm like I'm ready! I go back to the coffee stand. They haven't made my drink yet. When I got home, I compared their price to what was listed on Amazon. They were $10 higher!! my first and last time at the store.

His store and selection are second to none and he has given me some amazing deals, many of which I am proud to have as part of my collection. Steve also has CDs, DVDs, cassettes, 8-tracks and more. I have just recently bought a Blu-ray player and have bought several CDs off Steve that you cannot get on vinyl so now i have the best of both worlds. Oh and I forgot to mention Steve's prices are like Crazy Eddie, they are insane! If you have never been here you must stop by you will thank me later. Amazing! Almost every Sunday after Church I stop in and get few records or so. This store has some…read morehidden gems if you really look through it. The greatest things about this store is the great prices. A lot of fairly new records and very vintage records at an affordable cost. The customer service is great and the owner is very friendly to customers. I recommend if you have time one day after work or on a weekend you stop in and check it out. This store is also great for audio equipment, especially if you like guitars and guitar equipment.

I wish vinyl sellers wouldn't overstuff their booths it's hard to find or look when there is no rooms to move them. Also if records are in the floor, they get passed. He took my friend into the back yelling at him degrading him. When I tried to talk with an employee saying how this is just a miscommunication they all aggressively yelled and claimed he was 100 percent trying to shoplift. The main employee that took my friend than started to shout "what" at me in a aggressive manner insinuating physical aggression. The employees than proceeded to tell me to leave the store and call the cops on my friend. The main employee than proceeded too "let my friend off" by making him pay 27$ for two 6 dollar brackets or else he would press charges. That store is run by bullies who enjoy abusing their power!

Their default shipping is media mail, so that can be slow, but just ask for faster shipping and they'll handle it. They're a good follow on FB or other social media as they announce live music, listening shows and specials there on a regular basis. I recently picked up a RSD Pink Floyd 1975 live in LA 4 disc set.
