When he asked our address, he said he was in the area and could come by right away. In less than an hour he was on our roof examining the problem. He committed to coming by the following day himself. On the following visit, he detached the drainpipe from the guttering, found the cause of the water stoppage, repaired it, and returned the system to its original condition. By original, I mean that we didn't even have a touch-up paint job ahead of us. His fee was more than reasonable. A word about the owner: He comes across as about a decent a person as you could ever hope to meet. He is the owner of a young company but is clear-sighted about his goals and what he must do to get there. We whole-heartedly, without reservation, recommend him. Our roof is not ready for repairs or replacement but when that time comes, Ambe Peak (Corey) will be our first call.

Integrity? Hardly…read more Long list. Lowlights. Being lied to, repeatedly. Requirements for the work, neighbor's property, start times, dates. Every one of these, fail. Listen carefully.. caveat emptor. When the customer is made to feel that it is their fault, ALL, not just overall, but in specifics, quite stunning. Let me repeat, when a customer is made to feel it is their fault, in details... run. The company has no problem in this behavior. Roof at points leaked from the start. Had them come out under warranty, actually soon after completion, to deal with. Nope. Still leaks. Reached the last straw of frustration. Wanted them no where near the property as enough was enough. Speaking of leaks, had perfectly fine gutters, put in place by a top shelf company. integrity did not reinstall the gutters on day of completion. Result being we had the Colorado monsoons cycling up, and our basement flooded. Twice. Had to call more than once to push them come back and get their work done. More excuses (excuses were constant throughout). That they sub contracted this out and blah blah blah. Another in the long line of blaming anyone but themselves for their work. Anyway, finally reinstalled perfectly fine gutters, and there were several leaks. Never had this before. And another basement flooding. Result being perfectly fine gutters rendered unusable. Much more detail but, why? Will add not my words but of others. When talking with insurance company months after, roof replacement came up. Leading to "we're not supposed to discuss with customers companies... pointed to favorites. But off the record, integrity would not be a company on a recommended list of..." and tapering off for obvious reasons. It was clear integrity would be on the list to avoid. Finally, in the last few days in a discussion with a roofing company for a neighbor, who's good and not good came up. Imparted that we'd had a really poor experience. Fellow said let me guess... and named two companies. integrity being the first one. Their words. Not mine. Am still picking up old roofing, nails.... One of two worst customer experiences of my life.
