So at .45 x10 people that's an extra $4.50 for 711. I've never been told I can't get change back, but I know I won't go in there again until something changes, less than 1/4 mile down the road on Marshall is another 711 which will be where I go from now on I have to wonder if this location is going out of business If you don't want change, or can't get what you want this is the place to go

I have never submitted a 7-11 compliment before, however this gentleman (could not see his name tag, but covered in tattoos and is working two jobs while trying to earn his associates in drafting) deserves kudos for his positive attitude and warm and happy interaction with other customers and myself. Our society today loves to complain about things, but rarely offers compliments and positive notes for good, reliable and consistent service. Anyone who has ever worked in retail, fast food and especially convienence stores, know that are good customers but lots and lot of customers who are rude and demonstrate their frustration with their lives by be rude and short with people working in the service industry. This guy was great. I wish I knew his name. I spent my career in a different kind of government service agency. I was told early in my career and repeated frequently that it "Takes 10 'Atta-boys' to make up for one 'Aw, S**t'. It is sad but true. Ten good deeds to make up for one mistake at work. Ok ok ok ok...so why am I reviewing the typical gas + over-priced candy bar store you may wonder?…read moreWell, this one stands out of the crowd, and not in a good way. Alright so, beyond the being on the corner of a sort of busy street, this place has few pluses. First, the space between the pumps and the curbs in this joint are so incredibly narrow, that you actually have to turn-around and reverse into one of the 4 spots. Why is this a problem? Well...when you have 10 cars fighting over 4 spots, all of which have to reverse into and out of the space, it's not looking pretty. Ever been boxed-in? Well think about that at the gas station. Second off, it took 5 minutes just to pump a single gallon of gas...apparently the drip method isn't just for coffee anymore. This was too much, so as soon as the guy in behind me decided that waiting for my space wasn't worth it, I paid my 3$ and bolted.

Quieter than most which I personally appreciate…read more Never an issue parking out front. Never an issue with shelves being empty. The only reason I would imagine this location would be out of a product is a supply chain issue. A drawback is the store does feel somewhat cramped. Specifically the right side of the store behind the checkout counter. It's a weird narrow aisle which presents a problem when grabbing a cooler drink. Since this store is never packed with customers it isn't too much of an inconvenience. Staff is on the ball too. Quick. Responsive. No complaints. I've paid with cash, tap to pay, and the 7-Eleven app and am back outside in record time. Why can't every location be that carefree? Not a location with fuel but they have every other 7-Eleven classic. Slurpees. Candy. Chips. Sodas. Ice cream. Pizza, wings, whatever on the greasy rollers. You know it? You love it? 7-Eleven did a great job a few years back with the big brand redesign. This is still an older store but it has the new signage. Kinda a mix of the old and new 7-Eleven brand.
