Shady business practices. The manager verbally lied about their 30-day agreement at the La Vista location. Once signed up for their membership, you cannot cancel unless you call during the weekday at a specific time. I waited over 20 minutes when I was "#1" in the queue. My car sustained significant damage from headlight to rear fenders, both sides and RCW will fight it tooth and nail, even though they have insurance, they'll deny it happened. Who doesn't love a clean car? I was a loyal Russell Speeders car wash fan for years, loving the drive-through car wash with it's inexpensive vacuum and sinks for washing and beating your floor mats. Specifically, the one on Saddle Creek was the one I would go to, which I patronized for nearly a decade while living in that part of town. I now spend more time on the south side of town and was looking for a similar "all inclusive" car wash place where I could get a drive-through car wash and still pull my car over to vacuum and clean the rest of the interior on the same trip. Rocket car wash is pretty new, and checks all those boxes for me. There are free vacuum stations which are pretty high tech and very easy to use in comparison to some of the older gas stations. Car wash prices are reasonable in my opinion with an express wash being around 5 to 6 dollars. They also have an unlimited club type membership where you can get as many carwashes as you would like in a month. All in all I think I found my new spot for cleaning my car! read more

On 7/31/2021 I took my car in for a wash at this location. During the wash, one of their brushes caught my driver side mirror and damaged in severely. They shut down the wash and guided me out of the car wash to assess the damage. They took numerous photos and wrote an incident report. After this, I had to ask them to refund me for the carwash, which they did, and then asked what they wanted me to do about the soap/wax/etc. that was still all over the car as the wash was not able to complete. Kyle informed me that they would hose off the vehicle to remove this and then proceeded to hand us towels for us to hand-dry the car. They then sat around and watched us dry the vehicle by hand as they said it was corporate policy not to touch the vehicles. I was contacted by Jermaine Barnes (Lake Worth location General Manager) from Rocket Carwash and he asked me to get a repair estimate and provide it to them and the damage would be covered. I complied with their request and provided them the estimate. From this point forward, the trouble began. Jermaine would not actually call me, and finally provided me an email for Conrad Sams if I had any further questions. I reached out to Conrad to ask him about the status of the claim and heard nothing back. I called the corporate office on several occasions and could not get a call back. Once I finally got an email back from Conrad, it simply said that the estimate seemed high and to get another one. The customer service here is terrible. I understand that nobody that works there intended for this to happen, and accidents are just part of life. I'm not angry about the damage to the vehicle, it is just stuff. I am frustrated by the absolute lack of any type of customer service or care from any of the Rocket Carwash employees and staff. I suggest you find other places to take your vehicles, as if you find yourself in a situation similar to mine it does not appear that they will actively work to resolve it. UPDATE (9/17/2021) - After multiple calls, emails, etc. (all of which were generally ignored) I had to make an additional stop by the carwash to demand some action. After this interaction, Conrad Sams finally informed me that they were "turning it into insurance" and that they would contact me. This took several weeks as they could not seem to get the insurance claim filed. Finally the insurance company contacted me and as expected tried to lowball the repair. Here we are 49 days after the incident and still not resolved. Do not bother calling customer service, they will take a message that will not be returned. Do not bother emailing anyone at Rocket Carwash, as they just will not respond, including the president of the company Bryan Marshall. There are far too many reputable businesses in Fort Worth willing to do a good job, stand by their work and take care of their customers to waste time on a business that will not. read more

I have been searching for a car wash that is equivalent to getting out of your car and having someone actually wash it. Rocket Car Wash is it. I am always skeptical of drive thru washes and this place completely shocked me. My looked amazing! There are even people at the end of the drying cycle to wipe your windows and under your mirrors so the water doesn't spray back onto your car while driving. They also have a membership here which gives you unlimited washes for the month. The highest membership is $34.99. If you come twice in a week it's already paid for itself. Totally worth it. You get a sticker on your windshield and then just drive through the gate. Really awesome. read more

Somehow got a metal piece stuck into my tire while going through this wash. I'm pretty sure it came from the "tire shine" as when it went to my wheels I felt it move my whole car. Low and behold while I was still in there parking lot my tire pressure light came on. By the time I got home my tire was nearly completely flat and had to be replaced as the hole was to big to patch. So if you enjoy spending $140+ for a car wash then go for it. Of course I called and let them know and several days later I finally get a call back saying they can't be held responsible but also were confused by why I wanted to cancel my membership. What they fail to mention anywhere is they will not refund your money for upcoming service unless it's 7 days in advance. The contract says cancel in writing to website only, did that with no response, went to the car wash personally, fiance said stay in the car because I was furious. They gave him some Bs but no written confirmation of cancellation, I told him we need written documentation of cancellation. I have a lawyer on retainer for situations like this. He got a one sentence statement from some dude named Tucker. There should be an option of a zero star rating due to the fact that my car was damaged but after calling and calling and never getting an answer from ANY number, I submitted a claim & a cancellation on my membership yet they still never got back to me & I was charged. When I first signed up at the rocket wash I really liked it. They were friendly and helpful. Then I started looking around ad wondering why the undercarriage of my car wasn't being washed or that my car wasn't being dried off by the shammy's or the car wasn't being wiped off by an attendant. Now I get that they do get busy and it may not be safe for them to be out there wiping the cars down but if it states that we get it hand dried and we are paying for that as well as the undercarriage wash then we should be getting that. If you enjoy paying for services you will never receive - this is the place for you! I signed up monthly for an "upgraded" package which was to include things such as BugPrep, tire & wheel by hand, and underbody wash (according to their website and displays at the wash). I can honestly tell you that BugPrep was NEVER used. I reached out to the manager who said it is only used if they see a need for it. These kids dont even look at your vehicle as you are pulling in, so I'm not sure how they would know if its needed or not. Tire & wheel by hand was never once done either. A couple months after starting my membership they also cancelled the hand dry because, according to the manager, it was unsafe for their employees. Also.... do not hold your breath on the vacuums and membership area (with the mat cleaner, sprays, and towels) being open. It is often closed due to high volume. This is not a touchless wash, or even gentle for that matter. Your vehicle will be damaged. My plastic cover for my shark fin covering my antenna was ripped off. I have called this place at least 10 times for various reasons over the past few months, but they do not answer the phone or return voicemails. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Buyer beware!!!!! We have the $30 a month membership which includes everything. If you are going through the car wash the signs light-up along the way with each service your are receiving, and since we have the $30 membership all the signs should light up. Well not true, I started to notice that only a few signs were lighting up and when I informed one of the employees she wouldn't listen to what I had to say and kept try to change the subject. I reached out to the main office and told them the last few times I went through the car wash I was not getting the car wash I paid for. Malik Walls (store supervisor) told me the the que gets messed up sometimes. Really? because the last two times this happened, there was only me and one other car already in the car wash, how does the que get messed up with only two cars going through? I am going to be terminating my membership. The 84th Street Brentwood location appears to be in need of an upgrade. 3 out of the past 6 visits, I couldn't get a car wash due to the car wash breaking down. I've been in the car wash when it breaks. Upon restart it pushes you through without completing the wash. I've also had to go right back in because the car isn't clean. Today I had to drive around the stopped traffic waiting for the car wash. I was not getting my car washed, but got stuck in the traffic. When there was a break in oncoming traffic, I went around the waiting traffic. One of the workers wearing a black and gray coat flipped me off in front of at least 20+ customers who were waiting. That lack of professionalism is the final straw. Fortunately, there are now better car wash options in the local area so I can take my business elsewhere. I decided to switch to Rocket Car Wash because it was down the street and have damaged both of my vehicles. It took the bug visor off of my truck and an antenna off of my car. Got in a car accident at this car wash on 11/29/2018 while inside the car wash itself. After calling the manager multiple times, I finally got the email address to "corporate" who responded to my email once and said he would "get back to me." Still hasn't gotten back to me so now I have over $700 in damage to my car that I am responsible to pay for. I had the same issue someone stopped or did not exit the car in front of me stopped and I hit them. I was stuck in in the car wash and they would not let me move or get of the car wash to see if there was damage to my brand new $50K dodge ram truck. They let that person leave because they are not responsible I would have to go after the person I ran into. Then when I asked to speak to someone in charge, I guess I was supposed to not be upset that this occurred and they basically said not our problem you need to go after that person.. Customer service is always top notch. Employees are friendly and ready to help if an issue arises. No other car wash around the Papillion area to compare...Best looking tires ever! They get my rims cleaned and tires shined every time! They have issues here! The exit coming out was not manned. I was told an employee was injured too do to the exit procedure on another day! A car did not exit causing multiple cars to bump each other inside the wash. When the carwash first opened up, you were greeted with wipe and hand dried at the end of your wash. By stopping the hand drying process and a failure in safety devices not in place, cars in front of me failed to exit in a timely manner. The rollers keep pushing me and the car in front me to keep bumping each other and also the driver who would not exit! The safety features and system failed and there was damage to vehicles because the conveyor rollers never shut down. This was a very slow day and someone should have been at the exit end and directed cars to exit and not stay put under the dryer. I was told the plate under the car at the end, senses if a vehicle stays too long and will shut the system down. Had I not laid on my horn it could have nee worse. Traffic is a nightmare because of the busy street and the lack of space from the time you exit and the closeness of the street. This is a safety issue and warrants for bad customer service and care! They failed to recognize that their safety devices are not activated soon enough and an employee should be placed at the exit to guide vehicles. read more

The car wash and service itself in La Vista was fantastic and worth the money. My issue is with the billing - I moved to Arizona in late March 2019 - I forgot to cancel my membership, and honestly didn't think about it until I saw the charge at the end of April. I tried calling and left a voicemail, and in the midst of setting into a new state let it slip my mind, until the May charge came around. I tried to then cancel on the website, but none of the numbers from my window sticker seemed to work, so I tried calling again and left another voicemail. I finally returned to Omaha the last week of June, and physically went to the La Vista location to cancel the membership on July 5th. The men working it made me back up out of the unlimited line and caused a large traffic back up, then I waited 10 minutes as the man taught the new trainee how to cancel memberships - which I didn't mind, since i knew it would officially be done. July 27th comes around and ANOTHER charge came through... I called my bank, they put an ACH stop pay on the payment - the Aug 27th came and I was charged AGAIN, because it was a debit card used for the membership the ACH stop payment does not work. I have now paid $37.61 for 5 months that I have not used, nor can I use, as they do not have any locations in AZ. read more

La Vista Rocket Car Wash-beware!! If something happens to your vehicle as a result of their wash-do NOT expect them to stand behind it. The manager/owner? is shady-would not give us his boss or corporate info to call. My unlimited package was the ultimate-36.99 a month and half the time all that's included doesn't work, The tire shine at the very end took chunks out of my rim-took us a few times to realize that was what was doing it. If you have that service, you will notice these "brackets" extend to spray that on your tires, it recently stared to jolt our vehicle . We never thought anything of it, just thought it was the track. The tire shine, if anyone else notices it, splatters all over the side of your vehicle after you drive away. I was told I had to drive no faster than 45 mph for it to not do that until it dries. (it did not do this the first few months-I noticed it and went back thinking their wash threw something on my vehicle) About 2 months ago, my husband brought to my attention my back rim-at that time there was 1 chunk, now there are 4. I never expected that because I had been using that wash for many months prior with no damage to my car. When my husband approached the manager, he was anything but apologetic or helpful. They said they looked on their cameras, which they said they can only look back 30 days, and there was already one there when we entered the wash-now there are 4 chunks taken out of back rim from that machine! But if you will notice, there is a sign that says what they are NOT responsible for, and that isn't one of them. Do not expect any compensation for damages if something happens to your vehicle-in any way shape or form!! We have wasted nearly $80.00 a month for both of our vehicles for unlimited packages-the biggest waste of money. read more
