I am giving Rocket Pest a 1 Star review. We hired them to come out to our newly purchased house to take care of a roach issue. They came out cleaned all the webs from around the house sprayed the outside and inside for bugs and laid poison for the roaches. Didn't quite work the first time and we requested they come out again ( they came out for free), they came out with in days of calling and laid another round of spray and poison down; within a week we had no sighting of bugs in the house , GREAT! Now a month or so later we see a mouse in the garage at first, and after a day or so find evidence of them in our kitchen ; oh boy we gotta get this handled. We were scheduled for pest control to come out for the 3 month service so we waited for our regular guy, he showed up. We informed him of our issue and he said he would have to schedule someone else to come out, we said okay. Two days later another gentleman shows up. He walks around the outside of the house in 4 minutes comes in and looks around the kitchen and walks back to his truck. Then comes back in and hands us a quote of $2400 to change our crawl space foundation vents and extermination because one of them has a small tear in the screen on the bottom. I couldn't believe my ears. Not only does this guy show up and spend a total of 5 minutes "inspecting" in which he has no clue in what he was doing , he then has the audacity to hand a $2400 quote over to me for some foundation crawl space vents we don't even need!!!!! If this clueless salesman would have taken even 10 seconds to look in our crawl space through the door ( undue the latch and swing the door open) he would have seen it is freshly and fully encapsulated from the ceiling to the floor and surround in which the house would not even need the quantity of 10 automatic $35 foundation vents. FYI an encapsulated foundation with humidifier does not need venting. After hearing how Rocket Pest Control was trying to screw us over with a punk salesman on something that we didn't even need in addition to not even being able to treat the problem without charging us an additional charge, we were done. After he left we immediately called to cancel our service with them with a $100 cancellation fee just to bend ya over a little bit more. Every day for 10 days after we canceled our service, we continued to get emails trying to get us to sign and pay for the $2400 job. I am including pictures so you yourself can read through the documents ( look at the service price , Notes, extra monthly fees, and NO GUARANTEE disclaimer), they do great for standard roaches, ants, and spiders but hurt your wallet for no good reason other than to benefit themselves, GOOD LUCK. Ps we were able to get rid of the mice with glue traps and poison. read more

Terrible scheduling and communication. you never know when they are coming. We've been a customer for years and in March we stopped receiving calls or texts about upcoming appointments. When I call, it either takes 10 minutes for someone to answer or I get someone who doesn't speak English. I'm l for a new local company due to Rocket's poor communication. be aware that you will be billed $45 a month for a service that is only provided quarterly. Also be aware that if you choose to cancel during the first year, they will charge you a $99 cancellation fee. This was not mentioned when I signed up for their and I strongly recommend you keep looking for a different provider. read more

TOTALLY down hill since they purchased Home Pest Control. I would rate negative if I could. After three years of "honoring" our original contract with Home Pest they say they are not 'obligated' and only did so because they were nice. Now I have other pay to stay! Choose a local company! Paid them to spray my whole yard and house for fleas , they spent 15 minutes at my house and left only spraying one part of the yard, didn't spray the rest of the yard and not the house and of course didn't kill the fleas, tried to get a refund but they claim that they did all that was asked which they didn't, by far the worst pest control in the state and I would never recommend them, just look at the reviews on yelp and bbb website, awful company awful service and now I have to file a lawsuit to get my money back which I am doing so save yourself the trouble and use someone else read more

Home pest is now rocket. They can to do our inspection two days ago. Left a bait trap laying on the ground and it is obvious all bait traps were not checked. Two additional representatives showed up walking around my yard. When i confronted them, they said they were making sure their employee was doing his job. Big fail on that. I've had my house sprayed 4 times from this company! It's like they are spraying water because I still have ants!! I still have ants after 4 sprays! I am cancelling my service asap! Absolutely ridiculous! Since they have switched to rocket pest they have been nothing but horrible. Can't even get someone on the phone to schedule a spray have to call corporate office in Florida just to get someone to schedule! The people who spray have been nothing but nice! The ant problem is still here! I thought the monthly rate was good, but they aren't getting rid of my problem so why should I keep them. I recommend going somewhere else. read more

Rocket Pest is a completely dishonest company. I paid them $299 for rodent elimination. They came out once to install traps and bait and only returned once after that. They completely lied to me. I will be disputing my payment to them. read more

We bought the silver package and termite. The boundary didnt work. We have continually killed spiders in house. Had to hire another company to come spray. we set them up on autopay, but they took payment 2 days early. There are just better options out there. Not a bad company, just not the best. read more

I never got the guy that was sent out to check my upper attic space because he didn't like ladders or the crawl space although I tried and it was supposed to be included in what I was paying for. I made sure to cancel before auto renewal and after paying 3 out of 4 increments for the last triannual service they ghosted me, did not provide the last treatment, and didn't take my fourth $29 payment but also kept my $87 for no services rendered. We are first time homeowners and money is tight. I've contacted them to resolve this situation (as well as our previous issue of less service than what was promised) to no response or resolution. When I used this service, I made sure to pay off my balance before I moved out of state... I contacted them to double check and they said, "Everything is fine." Now here I am 8 years later with them on my credit report saying I owe $75...I called when I found out 4 years from my move and they promised to take it off my credit report since I didn't owe anything...3 years later it's still on and I'm having to go back and try to get them to take it off again... We are first time home buyers and this service was already installed from the builder for termite control and I just paid for the annual renewal.The only payment option is a recurring credit card payment, and once paid your card will be kept on file.To remove it you MUST call them. When I called the lady assured me we wouldn't be charged next year if I just left it on file. Sketchy... I should be able to remove my card online. It is difficult for me to get basic information by phone and the website just gives general information. What is included when the annual Termite inspection is done? When will someone contact us for the appointment? This information should be available on the website. read more

Wow! These guys were GREAT! Richard Parisian did my inspection and he was so amazing! Can't say enough about how great this company is. The access point to get under my house is VERY tight, but that did not stop Richard. Great guy and very quick. I am working from home due to COVID-19, so I am taking calls constantly. Current and soon will be a Former customer of Home Pest Control. I bought a bond when I bought my new house 2 years ago and paid for the program via a monthly automatic withdraw from my account. With that being said they showed up for the first 2 months and sprayed and provide a stellar service. They installed termite bait stations and checked around a little but that was the last I saw them. At least expected to see them quarterly or maybe even a phone call to see how they could improve their service at my location but got nothing. When we were able to get in contact with them to discuss there service we were met with confrontation. All I wanted was to cancel my service when my initial bond was over. Now I have met the obligations of the original bond they want to charge me an additional 300 dollars. So real complaint is they: 1) They don't come out regularly even though they withdraw money monthly. 2)They have horrible customer service. 3) It is incredibly difficult to schedule them to come out and spray intermittently when you need them to. read more
