You would think a company doing this type of work would expect no outlets in the crawl space and warn their customers, or have their team have the ability to connect the machinery they "installed". Through his thorough diagnosis we determined the leak was coming from another source and I was able to fix the issue myself. Keith was very professional and knowledgable. Their explanation for the increase did not align with standard industry practice and should have been accounted for before the bid was given.A contractor should honor the price they put in writing. Raising the cost after taking a deposit is not acceptable business practice, and I would advise others to proceed with caution. We are currently attempting to have our $1700 deposit refunded.
