However, i am at a stage where i do not feel like counting my calories and doing cardio at the gym since i have been really busy, so I wanted to get more info about Next Level before I go. I called a toll free number and the person kept stating that she does not know any answers but she can schedule me for a free consultation or a $27 test consultation. I said I need to know more so she finally gave me the main office number. I called the main office to get info but the receptionist said that the "Dr" will discuss the program with me at the free consultation. Even though I knew this sounded fishy, I thought I'll try anyway. When I called to confirm the appointment they kept pushing for the $27 testing consultation. I refused saying I need to know what the program is about, but they kept pushing for the $27 consultation again and again. Another BIG FAT WARNING to stay away, but i still gave them the benefits of the doubt. I got to the office and it looked cheap, far from a medical facility, with a cheap self made infomercial of people who successfully completed the program. After waiting 15 minutes, the receptionist (wearing scrubs as if she is a medical assistant, maybe she is!?) called my name and told me that she will let me watch a video and then the "Dr" will discuss with me. When I asked so you have MD on staff, she said no all are chiropractors!! Another flag, but what the hell, MD are not the only health professionals that know weight loss. He said that he does not want to offer his services to me, and I said I would not want it anyway. I knew the groupon would be used in only one area, but he considered the area of the forehead to be two areas (possibly three) so I had to purchase more botox. This is a scam/bad selling practices and bad patient misdirection. I consider the forehead area to be one and felt like he was just upselling me and not honoring my botox purchase. He wanted to apply 20 units of botox just by/between my brows and use 5 units of botox on my remaining forehead by the tops of my brows and wanting me to buy more so he could treat the forehead more. I think he should have honored my purchase and treated the forehead with the 20 units I paid for and then only if I wanted more botox/needed more botox sell me/give me the option for more!
