I thought I misheard him, but it was that expensive. I was so desperate to lose weight and feel better so I agreed. I lost a little weight (maybe 20 pounds), but as I continued with the program it felt like all they did was just give me a bunch of supplements (which eventually stopped working for me) and send me on my merry way. I also broke out in a rash on my chest from the progesterone serum. Additionally I couldn't find where it said when my program ended/how long I had to lose the weight. The last time I went to the office I got there for my appointment and there was no one there; they actually called me when I was in the lot to tell me the nurse was at another location. That would have been nice to know before I spent 30 minutes driving there. I tried one last time to make this work considering the amount of money I spent. I texted them to find out what was still covered by the 5k and they said I had 4 more B12 injections and 2 Semaglutide injections. When I asked if that was everything and if I would need to pay more money after that I heard nothing even after I tried following up 2 more times. Honestly I don't know how this place got all those 5 star ratings or if I was just scammed out of 5k, but I recommend Weight Watchers. I knew the groupon would be used in only one area, but he considered the area of the forehead to be two areas (possibly three) so I had to purchase more botox. This is a scam/bad selling practices and bad patient misdirection. I consider the forehead area to be one and felt like he was just upselling me and not honoring my botox purchase. He wanted to apply 20 units of botox just by/between my brows and use 5 units of botox on my remaining forehead by the tops of my brows and wanting me to buy more so he could treat the forehead more. I think he should have honored my purchase and treated the forehead with the 20 units I paid for and then only if I wanted more botox/needed more botox sell me/give me the option for more!
