Thank you for dumping pea gravel in our besalt bed while destroying out newly planted lavender. The added hours to pick out all the pea gravel will be truely wonderful. :( We did leave instructions to drop the gravel on the left side of the driveway, but your truck driver didn't even bother to ring the doorbell upon arrival to check before dumping. I understand that the driver was trying to leave the garage door accessible, but had he talked to the person in the house, he would have learned that only the one half of the garage was being used, and that the gravel would disappear within a day after being placed. Yes, he did try to call one of us at work, but given that I was at work. And in the meeting, ringing the doorbell would have been the next best choice, but for some reason, it never happened and he simply dumped it. Ruining our side bed and our plants. read more

While shopping for a clean rock for our project and going into Rockhound to look at their products that would clearly accommodate our project needs; we decided to buy the clean rock. We felt good about the choice and asked for delivery of the Clean Landscape Rock for $36.00 a yard. We order a full truck and found that 3/4 of the load had mud and crap in it. I was told when it was getting dump to wash it. With this product, we had to swift through it wash it, causing mud in the yard now, and move it around to get out of the mud. Also, the load came with a huge boulder we did not want which took up valuable space for the rock we actually paid for. This load was not an acceptable load nor what was shown in the yard. read more

I have been here numerous times for Red Lava Rock and Cedar bark. They are very reasonable on pricing and the service is lightning fast! My husband picked up a trailer full of small tan bark for our garden. There is a gazillion sharp gray rocks in the tan bark. Absolutely ridiculous. I have BEpicking the rocks out as they look horrible. Called and spoke to Charity, a manager. Charity said nothing they can do about it. She said it's common to have a "rock or two" in the mix. Asked for some credit for when purchase other products there. Simple answer of "No". PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR TAN BARK FOR CHILDREN TO PLAY ON. FULL OF SHARP ROCKS, LOTS OF THEM. PHOTOS ATTACHED.
