This is our second time getting bulk mulch delivered by Circle M. I ordered the mulch online late in the day. Early the next morning I was sent a receipt with our delivery date for the very next day! I was so surprised how fast the delivery was scheduled. The driver called about 45 minutes before arriving. He was extremely courteous and he was able to dump all 3 yards of mulch on the tarp we'd laid out in a narrow driveway. Also, the truck bed was VERY clean, I mean there were no stray rocks or other landscape material mixed in with our mulch. I will always call Circle M for my landscape needs. Their price was significantly lower. Placed my order online and has a confirmation and email early Monday. The bark showed up at the designated time and happy with the product. Ordered 7 yards of Gravel, 5/8 minus. Asked for extra fines, because I like to pack my driveways like a tank, before pouring. My husband called, and left a message, I called and left a message. It's been 5 days and we've not heard back. Make sure you check starting weight on scale. The scale read 6,500 when we started, we loaded up flagstone, and weighted 7,100. They said we had 1,500 pounds of material and that our starting weight was 5,400. Then they would not believe me that the starting weight was wrong. I had to unload flagstone by hand got back on scale and weight showed 6,500. Then they got all defensive and tried to blame me! Felt very intentional. Unreal read more

Witnessed Circle M run a semi trailer full of boulders over my property that resulted in catastrophic damage to the curb on my property that we had quoted and will cost thousands of dollars to repair. We tried calling multiple times to speak to management, left multiple messages, and we were never called back. OK so this was a difficult review to do because I had an EXCELLENT experience with the driver (thanks Sean) and customer service from Jon was great too. I would give 5 stars to both of them and that's why I gave the stars I did. HOWEVER, the information and pictures on the website are a little deceptive. Jon assured me that the soil I received was what they sell and will produce a great garden. I'm not sure how root vegetables grow in this rocky soil but I was told this is their best garden soil. He even offered a discount on a future purchase since I was not happy with what I got. That's all great and wonderful but I would not have purchased 6 yards of "premium organic garden soil" had I known it had SO MANY ROCKS! It's not what I wanted for my raised garden bed. I was surprised by it and I want others to be aware of what they are getting. I understand that it's not bagged soil and expected a certain amount of rock but this seems excessive. If it is not and you are ok with it, then no problem. Everything else was great! The online ordering process went smoothly. Delivery went well. Sean put the soil where I wanted it and was professional and courteous with a sense of humor. With the way he represented the company I thought that he had been with them for a long time but he is still fairly new. (Good business decisions!) I would definitely do business with them in the future but I would ask more questions about the product I was ordering or check it out in person prior to ordering. read more

I leave three stars because there soil was by far the cheapest. However, being cheap still comes at a price. We found large rocks, nails, glass, and pieces of bricks in our 13 yards of deliver soil. Customer service for the most part was good, and the delivery was on time. read more

They are very responsive, provide great customer service, and the driver/unloader was skilled and very nice. We have a bunch more work to do, and we'll be getting our materials from Circle M. We bought a fixer upper on an acre that needed a lot of yard work. I always go to Circle M because of their great selection, good prices, and quality product. I was really happy with the high quality of garden soil as I've gotten this elsewhere and had to do a lot of amending but not so with the product from Circle M. Awful and dishonest company! I support local and family owned businesses. That's why I chose this business. What a mistake. Almost 3 weeks ago I ordered 5 yards of sand. What I received instead was 5 yards of Sandy Loam or in other words, dirt that's just really sandy, but not actual sand with rock sediment. When the delivery driver called me prior to delivery, he said, " I am on my way with 5 yards of Sandy Loam." I immediately told him that is NOT what I ordered. I should be getting actual sand similar to what would be found on playground or beach. He told me what he had was correct. Well....... it was not. My husband accepted the order at time of delivery without knowing the difference of what we ordered versus what we received. I was very ill and resting. I did not see the order until the next day. I called immediately and left a message as there was no answer. I called about 10 more times throughout the day and no answer. I waited a couple days in hopes to have someone actually call me back. Still, no answer. I called several more times that day and guess what! No answer. 3 days later my husband was finally able to reach someone. He told my husband that we go what we ordered and " most people get confused about the difference between sand and sandy loam." We know the difference and that answer was unacceptable. I called back that same afternoon and spoke to who I assume was the same guy. I expressed my frustration and he told me the same thing. That we were confused. He stated he would have the owner Brandon call me. Well, its now been 2 weeks and still no phone call. I am now out $155 including the delivery fee and I am stuck with a heaping mound of dirt that I have ZERO use for. I asked the guy repeated if they even carried what I was asking for and his answer, " No". So instead of being honest and telling me from the beginning that they didn't even carry what I was asking for, leads me to feel like they just didn't want to lose a sale. I called another local company, paid them $253 more dollars, got exactly what I needed and they were amazing. They laughed at this story and said it was pathetic. 5 YARDS FREE SANDY LOAM. YOU LOAD, YOU HAUL ! read more

We ordered gravel from these guys and they brought it in two days. The guy that brought it had come out to our place to check it out and make sure we got the right amount while he was off the clock. These guys have great prices and excellent customer service. I have ordered materials from them twice and have very happy both times. Their garden soil is very high quality compared to the other guys and much better prices. Deliveries are right on schedule and the drivers are professional and courteous. Both times the product was dumped precisely where I asked it to be. Their delivery fees are more than reasonable if you don't need larger quantities. Keep up the great work! read more
