It's got a great location just off the main street in downtown, and was quite a lovely little space. Very much designed for people to come in, spread out and converse, it was a very warm and inviting sort of spot. The coffee offerings have a definite, Mexican flare to them, and were very nice. They had standard offerings and then a number of specials on a sort of fresh sheet. They had plenty of coffee and Mexican culturally centric items for sale as well as some clothing. Nice stuff to look through and most would find something they enjoy! The pictures in the wall were as expected, until I saw a print that read "Excess in Moderation". I found out it's by an artist named Ravi Zupa and now it may be my favorite picture! Back to the coffee - The ladies working here were very friendly and everything came out quick. All in all, a really cool spot with a great local vibe and pizzazz running throughout! You should check it out.

There's a cool leather couch and a couple of armchairs to sit at too. Definitely a nice space to get some studying or work done. As far as their coffee goes I went with my go-to, a Cortado. It was served a little cold for my liking but that's okay. Overall super happy they opened up and we will definitely visit again.

The spot is a dual sided drive thru and it makes for pretty quick work getting in and out. The offerings, coffee and caffeine wise, are plentiful, with everything you'd expect from a solid coffee shop. I found the iced tea to be particularly nice! The unexpected find here that is going to keep me coming back was the turkey sandwich that I grabbed for lunch. I'm not much to gush over sandwiches (burgers are another story!) but this thing was a mammoth and one of the more memorable sandwiches I've had....maybe ever. The meat was excellent, the fixins very fresh, and the bread absolutely delicious! Again, it's been never that I've thought about a sandwich for more than a minute. This one is in my dreams! The sandwich and a drink was like $9 as well! The service was quick and friendly, and the place was easy to get in and out of! If you're in the area, you owe it to yourself to stop in!

They went above and beyond to make me feel like my day was for me. Forever humble and forever grateful. To the manager you're amazing! I absolutely love when managers give their employees that room to shine and to give the customer an experience. To the young man who gave me a surprise you're amazing!! I thank God I came to this location n now I see why my big sissy loved this location. I truly believe that how people treat others is a reflection of themselves and I for one think this team could teach other locations how to treat people. No matter what Walk of Life you are in once you walk in those doors you'll be greeted with a beautiful hello and a beautiful smile to go along with it. When I told the barista I would like some ice water she told me I had to pay for a bottle of water, I responded that was ridiculous and I was willing to pay for a cup as that seemed reasonable enough to me and she refused, telling me I had to purchase a bottle of water. I honestly was so upset about this I couldn't believe she was unwilling to sell me a cup so that my dog and I could have some water to drink. I defiantly will not be going back to this location. It's clear to me all they care about is taking your money and they dont actually care about their customers at all.

Thought maybe she would be nicer at the window. Extremely rude as well. My mom has been going to nob hill and 1st street but due to the recent closures she has started coming here. Has noticed a night and day difference in attitudes and customer service. Lack of pride in workmanship, lack of pride in pleasing the customer. She ask Sam if a specific employee still worked there as my mom hadn't seen her in a while and same replied " ya she still works here, but it's not my job to track her down for you", my replied embarrassing replied , "ok", Sam than fired back rudely, "if you're such good friends than why don't you call her?", my mom replied , " well my house burned down recently and I lost my phone, all my contacts". Sam rolled her eyes. I almost said something right there to her, I regret I didn't. I feel bad I let her disrespect my mom that way. The drink was made incorrectly, Sam handed the drink to me as I was the driver and closed the window. Worst Starbucks experience I've ever seen . One of the most passive aggressive interactions I've been a part of. People like that have no business working in customer service much less Starbucks who is all about "customer experience ". We will return as long as Sam never helps us or makes the drink. If we see her we won't go. I know we have already started putting the word out about her. You're entitled to not always be "on" or super happy, or super talkative. What you're not entitled to do is speak down to someone, be rude for no reason, roll your eyes, gestures , and say rude things.

The place smells lovely (like a good coffee shop should smell) and it is super cute. There is a ton of seating both inside and outside and there are even games you can play if you stay and have your coffee. I wish that they had at least one vegan pastry that I could grab with my coffee, but I at least the coffee is solid. I personally just get an americano there with no cream so you can really taste the beans. My friend gets an oat milk lattee. We will be back next year!
