Best coffee shop in Yakima. The baristas here really know what they're doing. They have house made syrups and fresh made food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It has tons of seating and is a great place to hangout.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm so glad it's reopened and even better now

The have a kids room! It has a bug window and you can still see into the coffee shop area. Love it

Not sure how my bf discovered this place, but I'm grateful that he has introduced me to it. The vibe in here is so chill. Maintains a good low level of noise so it's perfect for catching up on work, reading etc. I'm a big fan of the iced americanos here, haven't had one from a barista here that didn't meet my standard. Overall it is a big beautiful building with lots of spacious seating and a nice feeling environment, surrounded by other equally gorgeous historic buildings.

Northtown Coffee is one of those places that is done so well that it defines what a genre of food/beverage should be for an area. I've heard about it for years, but only recently had the chance to come and experience it. Having been here twice in the past 4 days, it is declared our favorite coffee spot for 2016! This spot is housed in the old train station and has maintained it with incredible integrity. You walk in and immediately see the incredible melding of the architecture from a century ago, interposed with a coffee shop that respects the past, but wants you to be 21st century caffeinated! I was most impressed by the fact with the seating and the number of different rooms they have available. Out front is the "Garden room" - a glass enclosure with foliage and plenty of outdoors type seating. Great place to sit back and relax! The interior has seating options including some large chairs and couches around a fireplace, plenty of traditional seating around the periphery and some larger group study spaces. Dedicated study and meeting rooms can be rented for $10/hour and provide an incredibly cool and convenient way to get things done. Perhaps the coolest things (from my better half and my perspective) is the Kids room that is located just off the main area. Tons of toys and books give the kiddos a place to get their play on, while you chillax with some boss espresso! The menu here is pretty expansive and includes everything from standard brew to cold press tea (think incredibly slow drip through ice!). For those who love their Stumptown - they gots Stumptown coffee! The iced options include normal and Nitro, both of which are lovely. The folks working the counter are totally chill and give this place an unexpected and welcome vibe. If you haven't been here, you need to be. Whether pre-dinner espresso, a late night rendezvous or an eye opener to start they day, they're open early to late, so there's no real excuse not to check it out.

Chill place to work while on the road. Lots of seating in various arrangements. Put on a headset and drank a nice latte while working.

Best coffee they have a lot of options my first time in WA from Florida I will totally recommend they have inside and outside seating

I have been reading about Mighty Tieton four years and finally had the opportunity to come out here…read morefor a dinner with the bite club. The concept behind the space is both cool and ambitious, and after seeing yet it's the sort of spot that belongs in any small town! This is an old cold storage warehouse that has been transformed into a meeting space, art gallery and a number of small business spaces. The space is really creative and impressively laid out. More impressive however is the fact that this business incubation space from a town of a few thousand has already produced a number of businesses that now employ people all over the state. The area with the art displays is relatively small but houses some really cool photography, multiple media art and more modern art that I admittedly am not smart enough to understand! Throughout the year, they have very impressive displays that have come from all of the world. Not the sort of thing you'd expect in a town the size! The larger conference room area is simple, very versatile and ultimately captures the essence of the area perfectly. Flanked by fruit pallets andlarge doorways that lead into old cold storage rooms, it's as beautiful as it is simple. One of the cooler pieces is also located in this room. It's a simple large metal ball housed on a circular metal track that is nearly continuously going around on the track. It was one of those things that we didn't appreciate when it started, but by the end of the night we found it to be very relaxing. Strange, especially for somebody who doesn't generally appreciate art, but by the end of the night we were trying to figure out if there was a way to get one at our house. The dinner that was housed here was incredible and without going into details of the food, we all felt like the atmosphere created by this unique local spot really heightened the experience. Mighty Tieton is complete proof that you don't have to be a big city to have a unique space that works as a business incubator and has a really cool gathering spot. A+ on this beautifully done space in the mighty town of Tieton, WA!

Its a nice and affordable venue, but be prepared to have your deposit deducted. She claims that…read moreshe'll return it if "cleaned and undamaged", but she'll find something to deduct an amount from you. Her excuse for me was feminine garbage in the women's restroom and it had to be remopped. Then after she looked into it, she said the $50 deduction from the deposit was to "remop cause sometimes mopping is done but it's not enough." - nothing mentioned about garbage. I even told her the venue counters and fridge we're not properly wiped before my event, and I didn't make a big deal about it. I just cleaned them before using them. She immediately responded that she knew they were cause she "cleaned after them because they didn't clean" - referring to the people who used the venue before me. So she probably withheld their deposit too. I'd tell you to take pictures or video of the venue before and after, but I don't think that will change anything. She'll still find a reason to deduct from the deposit. And there ain't nothing you can do, except take legal action OR let her screw you. So fare warning!

The picture she sent me with the wire circled was her "evidence" and taken from a far. If we damaged something, why wouldn't you take a pic of it close up? Check your cameras, they're all over the hall. Sent her the original video of the hall after we cleaned everything with proof that the wire was never there. Scam! She also deducted $40 off deposit due to "bathroom/toilets wipe down" when she said we did a very good job cleaning. There was months worth of nasty residue from past events in the mens urinal that I tried to clean my best so that may be why but not my fault build up residue was never cleaned before renting the hall to others. Not to mention I had to be the one constantly asking for updates on my deposit, since the owner wouldn't update me. Would not recommend this place, be careful with halls that require deposits. They'll do anything to not give you the full amount or try and scam you.

We were married Labor Day weekend and there's nothing prettier than this place drenched in sunshine. Eileen and Wes know their stuff. They've done tons of weddings and they've got it down! They offer several service packages; we opted for their "Wisteria Package", which included help on the day, ceremony & rehearsal coordination, parking attendants, table/chair transitions, and more... this made it so easy for us on the day. We met with Eileen ahead of time, to pick out linens and rental options (all offered on-site for your perusal), and to nail down the rest of the details. We chose Wes as our DJ, and were able to discuss our music choices well ahead of time, too. Afterwards, we heard nothing but good feedback about Wes, so I can confidently recommend his services as a DJ, too. These two are incredibly knowledgeable and were an excellent resource as I planned the event. They helped shape my timeline, advised on anything I was unsure about, and made the whole process much easier than I could have hoped for. By the time the wedding date arrived, there was very little that needed my attention and I was able to enjoy my day!
