She got the job on the spot and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. On the day of, Berenice was amazing. The shots and ideas she came up with were just perfect. She was great with both families (one of which mainly speaks Spanish) and kept everyone organized so we got all the shots we were looking for. We couldn't be happier with the final product. when we first came the people were very helpful and helped us pick out the outfits we wanted. There…read morewas no explanation upfront that if we were not pleased or happy with our photos, we would still have to pay for the time. I have no issue paying for the time, but there is nowhere that it stated we had to. So because I was not pleased with the photos, I stood around a half an hour while my children got their photos done then I left with them. The owners came chasing after us and upset that we just walked out without paying when I came back I explained to them I was not happy and she treated me like I was trying to get away with not paying anything. I was ok to pay the $15 for her time but to treat me as though I was trying to scam them, was very rude and unacceptable. There is no disclosure when you first come in that if you aren't happy with the photos that you still have to pay for the time. I would've been very happy to do so but you treat me as a criminal because I walked out and wasn't happy was uncalled for. Nobody explained to me that I could've switched the black & white over to color because I was very unhappy with the black-and-white they made me look dead. Nobody explained to me I could've changed my outfit, because my colors didn't match to make a color match. None of that was explained to me they just trratedme like a criminal. I will never go back and I don't suggest you go in there and expect if you're unhappy to still have to pay a fee for their time. I mean at least have a sign up that says if you are unhappy you still have to pay a service fee or something.
