The machine that does this on the shoggest location has been broke over a year. I have to assume the only reason they can't fix it. I won't fix it is because they can't make money on it. The employee's job is to serve the client, not order them around, insult, belittle etc. In addition, an employee should not be making statements of "fact" about subjects they know nothing about. Clearly this one did not grasp the concept she could be held personally liable for her ignorance. Lastly, she spent far more time arguing and refusing service to the man (for no mask) than she would have just taking care of his request. So, he spent much more time "maskless" inside than the alternative...serving virtually no purpose except to make your branch, management, and employees look ridiculous. The inside of the bank was clean and well organized. They offer free pens and lollipops. The Teller was readily helpful, more so because I did not have an account number. Apon calling I was informed I'm not a government employee so not available for their Hardship assistance. I explained my medical issues and was told if I don't have an income coming ing in they couldn't help me. I was confused by this. As my unemployment had ended in September of 2025 . This is when I need help the most. I have money in my bank and have paid all my car payments up to date. But unfortunately was told with no income I'm not eligible for any Hardship loan deferrals. Isn't that when you need help the most? I try to find local banks to do business with who have a heart and a soul. I Had David MacMillan helping me on the phone.
