The Country Club restaurant has a dining room separated from the bar area by a low structure for nonmembers and members. The bar area has several tables that are specifically for only golf members and their guests. The patio area has a panoramic view of all three ninth holes from the Lake Course Pines and the Valley which is picturesque. . The menu has some creative selections of dishes that are plentiful and very good combined with superb service. My favorite is the 19th hole.

And after just one visit here I'm upset I never tried this sooner. The staff here is really friendly and helpful and will be glad to answer any questions. I was also skeptical of these simulators, I didn't expect it would be very fun or engaging, but it is. I just did the driving range simulator, where you hit off of an automated tee. Great setup and it lets you concentrate on hitting the ball. I'm as much of a beginner as they come, but even after just one session, I have noticeably improved and can't wait to come back. I was here with my 7 year old and we both had a great time. Great for families as well. Great vibe here. Highly recommended. Price is good as well.

I tried a couple of county-operated driving ranges, which have no amenities (no restrooms nearby, no fan or heater, sometimes drivers are NOT allowed at the 'driving' range), so its competitive price and amenities are good reasons you would choose here. I also like generous parking space, bending machines, and most of all, the Toptracer, which is a kind of golf simulator on which you can review the trajectory, distance, and speed of your ball. I would say that it is more helpful than most of indoor golf simulators, since you can actually see your ball and analysis in realtime, as opposed to only the latter at indoor golf simulators. The only reason why I did not give 5-stars is that every bay is not equipped with a fan, a heater and the Toptracer. Some bays lack either one or two of the three, so you need to find one which suits your need.

Great public course with reasonable cart and greens fees. Course is well groomed and greens are in…read moregreat shape for the number of rounds played on this course. Nicely laid out with some very challenging holes. During summer months one needs to secure tee times well in advance as all tee times are taken. The course also has a driving range. Range balls are also fairly priced at $8.00 for a small (50) balls and $16.00 for a large (100) balls. The driving range matts are quite warm but pro shop where balls are sold told me they were being replaced in the 2024 season. Brand new golf carts have replaced the old ones only negative is these carts are gas powered which can result in jerky stops and starts. But this facility does not have a cart barn which prevents electrical access. Hopefully in the future the town of Greenwich will erect a cart barn with electrical chargers for electric carts. Pro shop carries the popular brands of shirts, golfing apparel and shoes. The personnel in the shop are knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager, Ashley, has great personality and is a pleasure to deal. Everyone in the shop is friendly and courteous to all patrons. Lessons are available from PGA professionals. For a public course I highly recommend the "Griff"
