Definitely recommend if you're in the area looking for a cheaper, less social version of Topgolf.

The Country Club restaurant has a dining room separated from the bar area by a low structure for nonmembers and members. The bar area has several tables that are specifically for only golf members and their guests. The patio area has a panoramic view of all three ninth holes from the Lake Course Pines and the Valley which is picturesque. . The menu has some creative selections of dishes that are plentiful and very good combined with superb service. My favorite is the 19th hole.

And after just one visit here I'm upset I never tried this sooner. The staff here is really friendly and helpful and will be glad to answer any questions. I was also skeptical of these simulators, I didn't expect it would be very fun or engaging, but it is. I just did the driving range simulator, where you hit off of an automated tee. Great setup and it lets you concentrate on hitting the ball. I'm as much of a beginner as they come, but even after just one session, I have noticeably improved and can't wait to come back. I was here with my 7 year old and we both had a great time. Great for families as well. Great vibe here. Highly recommended. Price is good as well.

Probably because it is a municipal course on NY state grounds that gets bare minimum funding from our wonderful state government. Greens and fairways are very good for a muni course. Cart paths and traps are a ridiculously ignored for over 10 -15 years (at least). Rough is crazy high so if you are in there, it will take a while to find your ball. Overall - If you want to practice, this course is good as the layout and the rough makes it very hard to score. There are far better alternatives, but if you want to just hit the ball, it is OK. Once again, the guys at the desk are very nice.

The website shows beautiful water features. In reality you get a few nasty pools of green water. It doesn't look like anyones done any landscaping in a LONG time. A few of the putting greens have the seems coming apart. It's a shame because at some point it must have been a nice mini golf course and it wouldn't take all the much effort to make it a respectable place to bring your kids or a date. The structure that houses the driving range almost looks almost abandoned. It could have used a good power washing years ago. This place could use some TLC. Just a little effort by the owner would go a long way.
