My husband sent me roses for our Anniversary - not something he does often but it was a big one (30 years). Typically I am not that much of a 'roses' girl - if choosing for myself I would probably pick a mixed bouquet that lasts longer. Rockstar florist delivered the most gorgeous hot pink roses I have ever seen. They are gigantic! The were gigantic when they were delivered - nicely arranged in a vase - and they have doubled in size as they opened and all twelve opened fully. They are the most spectacular roses I have ever seen - and fragrant too! We do not live in Saginaw, but wanted to find a florist who could prepare and delivery a bouquet of flowers to our daughter-in-law in Saginaw. I found Rockstar Florist online, and gave them a call. They did an outstanding job on the bouquet that they prepared, at a reasonable price, and their flowers were very fresh. I am a careful selective shopper. However, finding a good vendor sometimes requires luck. I was lucky today. I needed something special for an ailing friend. Originally Ours came to my rescue. I let the florist decide how to make the arrangement. Smart decision. I received a call from my friend and she described the arrangement they made. I have to tip my hat to these guys. I had a conversation with one of the designers and learned that this is a well established second generation family owned business. I also learned that their website is 100% made of their own arrangements - not some national chain type of website. What you see is what you get. However, more than likely I will continue to have the designer decide how to make the floral arrangements. Why mess with success. read more

I was very pleased with this florist. I would rave about them and their arrangements. However, it was 4:40 pm Thursday evening . The florist closes at 5:00 so instead of rushing in at the last minute I gave them the curtesy of calling ahead to ask them if they could put a bouquet of flowers together for me. The person on the phone proceeded to tell me that sorry but he's with a customer so he wouldn't be able to do that for me but that I could come and pick an arrangement out of the cooler. If that's what I wanted, that's what I would have done. I've been in business 32 years serving people and sometimes you have to give a little to get a little. I believe they should have been willing to stay 10 extra minutes if that's what it would have taken, to make up a bouquet for me and it would have been at least $60 more in their pocket. I would give them 5 stars for their flowers but after Thursday not so good with their customer service. I wonder if it would have made a difference had I walked in instead of calling. read more

I am originally from Saginaw, MI.. now out of Los Angeles, CA. Today I ordered a funeral arrangement for my husbands grandmothers funeral taking place in Saginaw today. Chia was very professional and courteous over the phone. The order was taken and I requested an image sent to me due to a bad experience with Hanks's Flowerland. I used Hank's for over 30 years until they delivered a half dead rose arrangement to my dying mother in law 2 years ago and did nothing to fix the delivery. So I have tried many other florist since that occurred 2 years ago. I am very pleased to say ROCKSTAR FLORIST.. did an amazing job on the arrangement it was done quickly and the photo sent was of an absolutely beautiful floral arrangement to be delivered today to my surprise. I was actually ordering it to be there by tomorrow if possible. I am extremely pleased by the service I have found a new florist!!
