Not all dishes on the menu are available. The dishes were generous portions but were missing the subtle flavours of "true" Asian cooking. I suspect this is due to a lack of supply of many Chinese ingredients. The result is very bland tastes. With local vegetables instead of traditional Asian ones, some dishes are unrecognisable. The "Prawns" were just medium frozen shrimp. If you are sensitive to MSG I recommend you ask them to not use it for you. In summary, this is not "Chinese" cuisine. It is Chinese influenced food. Enjoy the large portions and friendly service. Save your expectations for exotic Chinese meals in Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto. You will not meet them here.
