I have been in Boulder for 4 years during my undergraduate education and spent hundreds of dollars at FEDEX and worked with the worst printers and staff at CU Campus. I have finally found Rocky Mountain Blueprint, and I will never use another service again. The staff were amazing and super nice the attention to detail and fast service was much appreciated I got my print in less than 30 minutes and was off to my final presentation with a beautiful print that cost me less than 10 dollars. Wow! I showed up to pick up 2 sets of plans that were order in color and 1 of them was not in color. I pointed it out to Jenn (that is what her shirt said) and she immediately got defensive. She asked "how did you order them?" I responded " In color." She checked and acknowledged that the plans were ordered in color, then stated they must have not been to scale. I informed her I spoke with Cory and that there was no issue mentioned at that time. She then grabbed the non-color plans out my hand and went in back. After a few minutes of waiting she returned with 2 sets of plans and demanded the other set I was holding. I asked why? She said they were not in color. I showed her they were in fact in color. She screamed at me "THEN WHY DID I PRINT THESE!!" and threw the plans in the trash aggressively. I stated " If you are going to throw those away, I will take them." She flared up again and yelled "I am not giving you anything!: I responded " I am happy to pay for them." At this point I think she realized that she was way out of line and started to back track. She charged me more for the incorrect plans than the original order. Don't know what set her off but I hope they have cameras and can review the situation. read more

What a horrible experience. I went online and submitted my order and then followed up with a call to ensure that it was taken care of. I was left waiting on the call until someone picked up (they had no idea what I was on the phone for) and told me they would call me back. I waited several hours and never got a call. I then called back again and was told a supervisor would call me back immediately. I waited an hour, no call. I finally called back a third time and relayed how frustrated I was. Bob, the salesman I spoke with, told me that it was my fault for not resubmitting the file (something I was not made aware of on our prior call) I explained that I needed this to be resolved or I would have to look elsewhere for my printing needs and Bob, manner of factly, said that he would suggest I look elsewhere for support. Clearly, this is not a customer-centric business nor do they have the professional staff in place to take care of your printing needs. I would HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere for your printing as these guys simply don't care about their jobs or professionalism. read more

My architecture office works with RMBP regularly and they are always so friendly and accommodating no matter the task. I recently had a very large, very last minute, emergency print job due to a prior print shop falling through over seas and RMBP jumped right in to save my deadline. I use RMBS regularly for large format printing and scanning and their service is top-notch. I've never had an issue with them getting my service request (often via email) correct... and I have no doubt that if it wasn't right they would correct it immediately. They often have my service request done within an hour and only once could they not accommodate me on short notice because they were extremely busy. I work for a company that uses RMBP for their services very frequently, they are wonderful and are always on time with our requests. The only complaint I have is toward Danny answering the phones, he is AWFUL. No customer service what so ever, and has the attitude of a 13 year old girl. In my line of work I have to answer phone calls all day long, if I were to speak to our clients like he speaks to me, I would have been let go a long time ago. read more
