If these allegations are accurate, this is a serious breach of trust and raises major concerns about how patient information is being accessed and used. Customers and patients deserve to know that their personal information is protected and that discounts and benefits are being applied fairly and according to company policy. I was also disappointed by my interaction with Melody, the store owner, who I found to be rude. During the interaction, she made comments that I perceived as racist and stated that she would win any complaint made against her establishment. These remarks and her attitude made the situation even more concerning and left me feeling that customer complaints would not be taken seriously.
