The staff goes out of their way to take care of the customers, more so than any other business I've been to. If you have an issue, they will often bend over backwards to make it right, generally without you needing to ask. This is how all small businesses should run. Loyalty rewards are fair and carry a wide selection of vaping supplies and liquids, both premium and store brand. The only thing negative I can say about this store is that from time to time they are out of stock of coils. It happens more than I would like but they always seem to restock fairly quickly (within a week or less). There is a vape store right next to my house and a few other I pass on my daily commute. I always go out of my way to go back to this store where I'm treated as more than just another customer. (This business offers incentives to posting reviews, either good or bad. There are concerns that employees are not receiving sufficient breaks during long shifts and that scheduling practices may contribute to physical and mental exhaustion. Excessive workloads can negatively impact employee well-being, workplace morale, and the quality of customer service. Additionally, some employees feel their concerns regarding workload, scheduling, and workplace expectations are not being adequately addressed. A healthy workplace should encourage open communication between management and staff and ensure that employee concerns are taken seriously and handled fairly. When I walked in the atmosphere is chill and they have a decent selection of mods and other items. Mainly carry Smok products and I am not a fan of smok tanks. Prices are fantastic. Compared to Cali there is no comparison at all. California is waaaay more expensive. I saved a lot of money. Due to the great prices I came back the next day and bought a bunch of juice.
