Well, I guess I'm going to be in the middle on this - Pro, it works. I'm 74 and still sexually active, but having a bothersome blood flow issue, which is not uncommon at my age. They reviewed my medical history, drew blood, and within 45 minutes tested a low dose of Trimix on me (a little embarrassing, but had to be done). Success! Con, some of the reviews are right about one thing. Before I left I absolutely felt like a mark. The pressure to buy was heavy, the cost is high, and they laid a little bit of a guilt trip on me (think of your wife), which I resent, but they were right. All in all, it was not the bad experience some have pictured here. It's an important thing in a mans life, and you can't be thin skinned when dealing with it. The bottom line is, the treatment is 100% effective for me. I tried it for the first time this morning and my wife and I are delighted with the (unbendable) result. Half an hour later I still had something of a chubby, but I'm definitely not complaining. As to the cost, well, have you ever heard of negotiation? Our family had a deeply concerning experience with Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic. On March 20, 2025, my 20-year-old son, Dru, had his first and only appointment with this clinic. Within approximately one hour, he was evaluated, prescribed oral testosterone, and sold a one-year subscription for his medication. My son had a long and well-documented history of serious psychiatric illness, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, autism, ADHD, and multiple psychiatric hospitalizations. In my opinion, those mental health issues should have warranted much more careful evaluation before starting hormone therapy, along with a clear plan for follow-up and monitoring. To my knowledge, no follow-up appointment was ever scheduled after that initial visit. After this appointment, I observed significant changes in his behavior, including increasing agitation and aggression that were unlike the son I knew. Throughout the summer, his mental health continued to deteriorate, with escalating aggressive behavior that devastated our family. Tragically, he died by suicide later that year. I cannot say with certainty what role, if any, the testosterone played in his decline. However, I believe the lack of follow-up and the apparent failure to fully consider his complex psychiatric history represented a serious lapse in patient care. If you are considering hormone treatment, I strongly encourage you to work with your primary care physician or an endocrinologist who knows your medical history and can provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up. Based on my family's experience, I would not recommend seeking treatment from a clinic that, in a single appointment, sold my 20-year-old son a $1,400 year-long treatment package without any apparent plan for continued care or follow-up. As a parent who lost her son, I believe patients deserve comprehensive medical care that prioritizes their health and wellbeing over the sale of long-term treatment packages. read more

The best I can say is, "Let the buyer beware". Their Tri-mix "program" is a straight ripoff. First they make a big point of showing you this pretty color matrix, with supposedly over 200 options for compounding the the Tri-mix. Then they try to make it seem that they will customize the medicine just for you. I almost swallowed that, but then the PA (there were no doctors as far as I can tell) tells me that she normally hits the right mix on the first try which seems highly unlikely with 200 options. It seems more likely that they start with the same standardized mix that a urologist uses, and most of the time it works. Next comes the hard sell on the Tri-mix plans. For a one year subscription you pay over $3000 dollars, for two over $5000, and for three over $6000. And you pay it all up front. The refund rules were pretty sketchy too. Do your research! If you use Tri-mix twice a week, you would go through a little over a hundred shots a year. If you buy a large vial of Tri-mix through a prescription from a doctor it will generally cover 100 injections, and that will cost about $300. That means they are making a huge profit for doing nothing special. As I expected, they wheeled out the shockwave therapy option pretty quickly. You need to do the research on this. The AMA and the AUA still classify this as experimental and of questionable efficacy. The PA didn't even know who the AUA was. The AUA is the American Urological Association. I would expect that if you were working with penises a lot, you would probably be aware of the major governing and oversight organization in the US. It made me question just where the PA studied. That doesn't even factor in the cost, which is staggering. They claimed a 77% success rate for a treatment that the mainstream medical community treats pretty much as snake oil. This is a predatory business, using standard psychological marketing techniques to take advantage of a desperate group of people. They even use the standard closing question that they use at my car dealership! I am desperate too, but I'm not stupid. If you have lots of money, go for it, otherwise start with a urologist. Some are good, some are useless. But none of them will try to take you for a ride. read more

Almost from the moment I signed up there were problems...many aren't important but do suggest RMMC doesn't seem to listen to its customers. Like others, I was looking for a boost. I wanted the benefits the ads suggest. The upfront cost was high, so I financed, which was a mistake. After being on the program for 1.5 years I realized the benefits were less than I hoped so I decided to cancel the treatments and move on. Feeling defeated I set up an appointment to end treatments... a day or so before the appointment I received a voicemail stating the person I had the appointment with couldn't make it. This pushed back my cancellation date a week or so.. I still came in that day to receive a shot because you can't stop them cold turkey. A week or so after that visit I received notification that a new package of treatment had been sent, even though I wouldn't need more, and I didn't ask for it... I still have it.. this is speculation on my part, but that delay felt intentional. Had I had the appointment on time I don't believe that package would have been sent and presumably wouldn't have added to my total cost. Honestly, I don't know, but I know I don't trust RMMC... Fast forward... I was finally able to cancel but there was some confusion about the process and I wanted more answers. As mentioned, I financed the shots and long story short, after paying over two hundred dollars a month for around a year and half with minimal benefits i cancelled the program and still owed something like $1,600 dollars (I can't remember the exact amount). I have tried for over 3 months to understand why the remaining balance was so high (even after RMMC paid a $1,500 credit to the finance company had been paid). I asked for an itemized list of the cost of everything so I could better understand why I still owed so much... Months later, they still have yet to provide me any itemized cost despite RMMC saying they would.. Am I not entitled to know exactly what I am paying for? Further, it feels really shady that they're trying so hard not to disclose a list of costs. I'm not necessarily suggesting ill intentions, but the lack of transparency has me concerned. It doesn't feel right. About 5 or 6 weeks ago I was told via voicemail (I still have all voicemails and emails) they had something for me and would reach out that Friday. They never did... in fact, I spent over a month after that attempting to connect with them without a single response. I called... I sent emails... I was not being answered. I felt ignored. When they finally called me back over a month later (only after I called and emailed almost every day) they said yet again that they had something for me... and that they would have it that Friday... no such call came.. another week or so went by with nothing. I got ahold of them mid week last week and the same person I have been dealing with promised to have something for me this Monday... it's now Wednesday and nothing... at this point I don't expect a call or email with any new information... lastly, I asked if I can return the package i received for a refund and that question has simply been ignored. No answer at all about that... It appears this company wants your money but has zero intention on providing an itemized list. With no itemized receipt how do I know what I was charged for? Moreover, they don't seem to care at all about one's experience or satisfaction... an absolute terrible experience. All of this could have been avoid if there was more transparency, if I wasn't being ignored for long stretches of time, and if I wasn't given lip service from multiple company employees throughout this process. Without a doubt the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I'm not sure how others view their experience, but mine was a complete disaster. I have been a patient for almost a year and I'm not happy with the service. Especially for the 2 year contract, and the cost, that I am held captive to. The treatment had been only slightly effective. When I asked about trying a different treatment, they said not an option without paying more money. Another disturbing point is with the level of service. I knew I was just a number when they didn't check up on you with a simple phone call. If you don't reach out to them they could care less so long as you are making your payments. When I recently had an issue with my blood counts, they never explained anything and only cut off my supplies being delivered. I have been reading the existing reviews to get a sense of this company. Most of them come from C Springs. I had my initial consultation in Westminster. Some thingswere different. were the same some different. Different: I only saw females, my test treatment was only 40% effective (not sure how the nurse determined this; after ten minutes she asked to see and hold my erection which was evident but not hard enough to be useful; she determined after 10 minutes it was 30% and I waited another ten minutes for another examination which was determined to be 40%. Again I don't know this percentage is determined but I suspect she holds a lot of penises in a day.) After the second 10 minutes she decided it wasn't going to get better and gave me an icepack to deal the 40% .Then the salesperson came in; apparently everyone agreed outside my examination room that my vacular impediments were so severe (I'm 73 years old) that I needed the full "restore" treatment which would not just teat the problem, but "fix it." Of course that is the most expensive and you lock in to a 2 year payment plan that sounded worse than a cellphone plan. It was easy to see the marketing machinations behind it. A month later when things started to go bad with the test shots, they "forgot" to let me know I needed to donate blood to get my blood thickness down. Same thing following month. Was convinced to transition to peptide which was like shooting up water. I had heard radio ads for Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic and wanted to give it a try, feeling a bit lethargic and not able to lose some belly fat. The treatment seems to be going ok, and I do feel better. But this is the most expensive testosterone place in Colorado. Maybe there weren't competitors for awhile, but now that there are, you can get the same thing for half the price. Now, I'd still be willing to pay more if the post-sale (you pay in advance for at least a year) patient care was great, or decent, or even somewhat ok. Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic is absolutely awful. You can never get ahold of anyone when you call them that can answer any questions or take care of an issue. They will tell you that so and so will call you back. They never do. I have called a half dozen times and can not get a response. I had to actually contact my insurance provider in order to get close to a contact at Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic. Further, they are completely unresponsive to emails to their general email address, and even when you happen to get wind of a real email address, they still do not respond. They tell you that they'll do such and such (payment and some insurance questions in my case), but no, they do not care, do not follow up. Do not go to Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic - check out any of the other competitors out there. It's closer to a used car lot or supplement store than anything clinical. They want you to pay thousands of dollars up front before doing anything (I am good with paying in cash for services, just not before they do anything for me). They hold your lab results until you opt into their "Plan," which is just asking a few thousand dollars up front before knowing what you actually need. They have a salesperson come in after your blood is drawn who is overly pushy and acts like she is trying to make a car sales, then tries to upsell GLP-1 and other peptides you did not ask for in order to get you onto their plan. Once you start feeling better (1 year) the policies changed in Fort Collins under a nazi lady making protocals to call her own. My Testosterone was held randsome until I had a phlebotomy. I had to make a special trip to get that done and they said they would release my order. Then once I gave my blood and I was told I had to go back into the office to have it checked again. This lack of service and expectation that a patient is made of time and fuel is ridiculous. You should order my TRT and have me come in for a phlebotomy that I didn't need. I am NOT YOUR NUMBER. The appointment was great until the business manger talked about payment at the end. I was told when I made the appointment that the office visit & labs would be $99. I have no complaint about the medical service of RMMC. I was treated professionally and competently and received advice and an effective treatment plan including injectables. But the financial end of the transaction has been a nonstop parade of problems. I have good credit and money in the bank. But the amateurish finance company that RMMC insists on using has repeatedly botched my payments, delayed action, and failed to respond to correspondence. You guys keep saying this. Here are the facts from beginning to end. I came in for a consultation, all of your ads claim a $99 first visit that is FREE if the trial dose doesn't work. It didn't work, I was told by your sales person that it just needed to be tweaked and your practice would work tirelessly to get the formula right. I was promised that once it worked It would be so effective that if I took a dose and my house caught on fire the fire department would come and I'd still be erect because it worked that good. I was in a room with a Dr. ONCE, every other visit i was left in the room with the "Dr" sitting in their office and a "nurse" giving me yet another shot then going back and forth playing messenger. Your associates are nice, professional and respectful but your medicines DON'T WORK!!!! Payment was stopped because it was the only way to get out of the billing that I paid for a service that didn't work and Drs who were absentee. I'm not even convinced the Dr. was in the building because I never saw them. I was given shots to inject at home over and over again that did nothing but disappoint and cause pain for 48 hours after injection. First of all, they must be making a lot of $$$ to pay for all the ads and new locations. When they say they have treatments for when pills don't work, they generally mean injections, and we're not talking about into the shoulder. Don't get me wrong, these medicines can and do work for many men when pills fail, but there is more to the story. I was hired to write an article for a magazine journal on urology and spent a lot of time with a nationally-recognized urologist. RMMC makes an incredible amount of money on their medicines for injection, and that is why they pressure-sell desperate men to sign super-long contracts on their ridiculously marked up medications. If you take one thing away from this review, it is to speak to your normal urologist (a real one). If you think you might be embarrassed talking to your urologist about ED, you need to remember they have heard these stories thousands upon thousands of times. It's one of many things they do. They can recommend and prescribe the same injections RMMC recommends for filling at a compounding pharmacy for a tiny fraction of the price you'll pay with a contract with RMMC...you will be stunned at how cheap these medications are. And there will be no contract whatsoever. Don't let RMMC, or any other men's clinic tell you "the medicines are not the same, you need to buy them from us." That is total B.S. and, again, I encourage you to talk to your physician about it. If you want to test RMMC, try asking them to write you a prescription so you can send it to a compounding pharmacy yourself. See how that goes. read more

Warning: Be very, very careful about doing business with Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic. Their business model isn't illegal, but it's certainly not ethical either. The $99 come-on that you hear in the radio advertisements is just that--a come-on. It's meant to get you in the door so that the staff can hammer you with their used car/time-share salesman techniques. The clinic is less concerned with your medical well-being and more concerned with getting you to sign up for an outrageously priced health-care subscription. At RMMC I was told that I needed testosterone replacement therapy but was not told of any of the side effects of that therapy. A quick Google search revealed that the treatment can have some serious health risks associated with it. Nobody at RMMC told me about these side effects and risks. They were more concerned with convincing me to give them my credit card number and sign up for one of their programs. Every male who is considering using RMMC should be aware that the same health care is available from your primary care physician for thousands of dollars less than the cost of care offered at at this medical office. RMMC wanted to charge me approximately $1,600 for treatment that cost $100 (including office visit and medication) from my primary care physician. My advice? Do not do business with Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic; you can do better at a regular doctor's office for fraction of the cost and a more honest, more comprehensive interaction with medical professionals. They also need to send medication to patients, not give at clinic. If they would give honest answers before appointment, then I am certain they would go out of business. When I first visited RMMC in April 2018, I signed up for the penis injections. This medication worked very well as I had a full erection for 2 hours. Then in the May/June 2018 timeframe I requested another 14 day supply and was told that I needed to retrain for another mixture. This was due to the FDA stepping in and altering the medication. As I found out, the new strongest medication was not effective unless you are happy with ~60% firmness. I requested many times for a stronger dosage and finally gave up. Bottom line is the FDA watered down the medication to the point that this treatment is no longer effective. I recommend that you do not waste your time and money spending $2,100 for a year on this product. read more

I was having issues with pain, feeling sluggish, didn't want to do much of anything. I had many medical problems (heart, diabetes), I weighed over 300lbs, and had problems with sex. I went to the RMMC to see what it was it was all about. I talked with Gary and Mitch. He got me started with blood work and having the doctor talk and access my problems. I listened to everything they told me. My tests were not good. I have to say that I was very skeptical about what they were telling me they could help me with. I left there and did my research. I called back about a week later to set up to get some Testosterone injections. I started feeling better a few weeks later. The shots actually helped me greatly. I didn't realize what was really missing in my body until I received the injections. After about 6 to 8 weeks I felt like a new man. I was able to work out, my health greatly improved to the point I am happy everyday, I could do things now that I couldn't do for the last 5 or 6 years because of health issues, I began to lose weight, and my sex life dramatically improved. All from putting Testosterone back in my system. It was missing for years because of medications and getting older. I am 57 years old, I work out 3 to 5 days a week, I have lost over 150lbs, and my sex life is fantastic. This is all in the last 12 months. I never thought I would ever feel and look the way I do. I went from a size 48 to 50 pants to a 34 to 36. I owe a lot of gratitude to the people at RMMC. My life has changed so much. I couldn't have done any of the things I do if it was not for RMMC.
