I am a 68 year old man who has been to several physical theraphy offices in the Greeley area over…read morethe years. I had been going there twice a week for over a month. I alternated seeing Hayden and Matt. I then had a cardiac incident, not at Select Physical Theraphy. When I came to my next appointment with Hayden I told him about it. He decided to give me a gental session and said they might not want to treat me anymore but he wasn't sure. I thanked him and asked to be called if they decided not to continue with me. Not getting a call I showed up for my next session with Matt. He told me he did not want to treat me anymore. I complained about coming there for nothing that day and about other things ,like him setting me up to excercise in the past and then walking away and chit chating with another theraphist. I never raised my voice or used profanity when I told him he treated me in an unprofessional manner. An hour after getting home, I was called by a crisis councilor. Matt had called 911 saying I was a danger to other people and had threatened him. Also my insurance company was billed, even though no services (other than trying to get me in trouble with the law) were rendered that day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I was recommended by a friend to go see Darrel Martin, and within minutes he (correctly) informed me that I had indeed torn it. Darrel went out of his way to get me an appointment with the leading surgeon in our area. Following surgery, I of course decided to do my rehab with Darrel at Proactive. Darrel was attentive to my needs, and tailored my sessions to maximize progess. He was sure to caution me regarding my activities outside of rehab when needed, and pushed me during sessions to make my recovery fast and without setbacks. I especially like the approach that Darrel and his team employs; they focus on rebuilding supporting muscle groups using excercises that are focused on regaining the ability to resume everyday activity as well as athletic activity. This functional approach has allowed me to resume an active lifestyle that is important to me. I would reccomend Darrel and his team to anyone with a joint injury who is serious about maximizing their time in rehad to facilitate a speedy and strong recovery. You will not be disappointed!

I had to pay 85 dollars every time I walked in the door. 5 months after I stopped going there I get a bill from a collection agency saying I owed 561.00 dollars. I never received any bill from them at all. Called the collection agency and the guy I spoke with said many people that he has spoken to say the same thing that they have never gotten a bill from Pro Active. You don't find out you owe anything until you get the letter from this collection agency. Very poor business model to not send out a bill. Call the billing department and you get a call center that you can't even understand the guy if you know what I mean. How hard is it to send a paper bill in the mail. Come on Pro Active and get your act together.

I saw Robert for a knee issue and he gave me some exercises to do at home that fixed the problem. Then later I saw Meghan for a shoulder issue and she gave me some exercises to do at home that fix the problem. No drugs, no complicated instructions, and I didn't even have to go into the facility to do the exercises after I learned them the first time. There's no trying to get you to come back over and over like with chiropractors which I am not a fan of LOL.Now I'm going into potentially see a third person for a foot issue and I have high hopes. I went today for the first time. I saw Dr. Archuleta. I have been suffering from back pain for…read moremany years and have recently had several falls. I was skeptical of traditional PT and found One80 which sounded more like something that made sense to me. I cannot believe how much better I feel already. I actually can't wait to go back. Dr. Archuleta is so kind and patient and takes the time to explain each thing he does. The take home exercises are unbelievably simple yet I can feel them strengthening my core and leg muscles instead of straining my back. I also feel like I should respond to the one star review. I also have Medicare and use United Healthcare through them. I used online check in and was made aware of a $14 charge upfront and was able to pay it ahead of time. I've found through years of having various insurances, it's best to check ahead of time for hidden costs caused by insurance not the provider.
