Upon review, I noticed two minor errors in his report which I requested he correct. After 4 days including a weekend I had not heard from him. When I called he said the report was corrected and if I wanted it I could come into his office and pick it up. I live 15 miles from his office. I asked he could mail it as he did with the original. He refused saying that it would cost him extra money, "if I wanted the corrected report I needed to come to his office and to BRING MY CHECK BOOK!" Then the hung up. When I went to his office he refused to hand me the corrected report unless I gave him a check first. When I asked him why he was so upset he refused to say anything other than "give me a check". I asked him multiple times to explain why he was so upset with me and he refused to answer. I have never had a professional person treat me this bad. I am a retired mechanical engineer and know how to review official reports and pay attention to details. I needed a Registered Engineer to do this inspection and provide me with a report, I could not do it myself. I think Leverington took exception that someone would dare to critique his work.

As time went on- I was told I'd have to "bring them the house" I was interested in, as per the listings they'd send to me as they were "too busy". Let me say I'm from Denver and an active investor who showed proof of funds to pay cash and had made an offer to buy- only to be beat out by another cash offer. Moving on to another property I'd asked for details to run numbers. 12 days later, I got what I needed but in the email sent, they addressed me by another name. When I wrote back indicating they had my name wrong- Jamie wrote back offering to let me out of the Buyers Agent agreement. Perplexed- but knowing I wasn't getting good service- I took her up on her offer. I immediately reached out to another realtor, Chris Sandoval with Re/Max Associates- who has been GREAT! Even viewing properties for me, as I'm in Denver, and hour and a half from Pueblo-in my opinion, going the extra mile. Likely going under contract this week. Thanks Chris!
