The worse part is he does not maintain the road to the stable. I could barely get up the road with my 4wd truck. Huge deep ruts of snow and mud. Forget about getting a trailer in. It was impossible. Had to park on highway 73 and lead the horses down and back out onto the busy highway to get the heck out of there and keep my horses safe. Very bad situation and no help from the owner. Oh, and there are no 'green meadows' for the horses. What a nightmare.
