My salesman was Lynn Robinson and Lynn even helped me load the tractor on my trailer for the trip home which was about 200 miles away. I had a problem with a tire two months later and Lynn talked to the tire shop and got my tire fixed under warranty sight unseen, and on the spot. It doesn't get any better than that. I can still call Lynn if I have any questions about my tractor and he is more than happy to get me an answer. I highly recommend Barry Equipment Rental after my experience with them and Lynn. I called them on Wednesday and reserved 3 sanders for a weekend project. When I showed up to pick up the first machine in the morning and it was broken and they had to fix it while I waited. The other 2 machines the said would be available for later that afternoon since they were already rented out. I called them 3 times in the afternoon to check in and see if the machines were available. They said they had called the person who had rented them out and they would be back in for me to use. When I came time to pick up the machines they were not available. By the time they called me back at 4:40 pm on Saturday to tell me they were not available it was too late to rent them from somewhere else. I explained how upset and frustrated I was and they said they could not do anything for me. Then I said "what do you mean you cannot do anything, I reserved the machines." I explained that I had family from out of town staying in a hotel to work on the project and they said that was not their problem. I said it was their problem and Chad their employee hung up on me. On Monday I called Chad's supervisor and asked "when is it ok to hang up on a customer?" No apology, no ownership in the problem, still no sanders. Needless to say I went to Rental Pro and they were awesome. Don't promise your customer stuff you cannot deliver, do not promise a reservation if you don't do reservations, do not wait until the last possible minute to call a customer that has been calling you all day, have ownership in the problem and in a solution.

Bobby and Scott own and run the Photo Shak in Wendell and have owned the business and operated it for years. When most people think of Photo labs they usually think of small kiosks tucked away in a corner of a big box store but the Photo Shak is a testament to great locally owned and stand alone businesses. Anything that can be done at a large retail photo lab Bobby and Scott can do as well and usually it is far less expensive. They not only develop digital pictures for you but they still develop film as well for any enthusiasts or photographers that are still using that medium. Even back when everyone was developing film the Photo Shak was less expensive than everyone else and now there's just no comparison. They also offer photographer services and do in studio portrait work or out of studio work such as birthdays, parties, or weddings. Again, Bobby has been doing this for years and the quality of work you will get is absolutely superb with very competetive pricing. Bottom line, if you choose to support this great locally owned business for any and all of your picture needs you will not be disappointed. They are experts in their field and can absolutely take care of anything you need. Whether that is simple photo developing or digital editing/enhancement to enlarging and reducing photos, I cannot stress enough that they really do everything and do it well. Don't take your photos to a kiosk in a big box store to be developed by a kid who doesn't know anything about developing photos and is just there because he was arbitrarily assigned to that job. Give them to experts who know what they're doing and you will not be disappointed. The digital photos I have had developed at the Photo Shak look so much better than ones printed off my "picture printer" at home. And when you consider the cost of photo paper and how expensive "picture ink cartridges" are getting them developed at the Photo Shall is probably less expensive. Trust them with your photos. After a frustrating conversation with the owner, several of the hired hands agreed to allow my wife to receive the firearm she had ordered. She left feeling humiliated and very angry. We will no longer do business with Red's trading post. I suggest you trust the process. Form 4473 is there to protect the vender as well as making sure the individual has a right to purchase firearms. You should not pass judgement on your customers for no reason.
