Not willing whatsoever to honor the date set by Lowe's to get measurements done my husband and I decided to go with a different company, especially after we were told by four different people the bad experience they had had with the company Lowe's contracts with. So for anything other than flooring, I would recommend Lowes for home improvement projects.

When I am having a bad day, they are like family because they all interact on a personal level. They just seem to know how to communicate and serve without any drama. They had exactly what we wanted. Not only did they have REAL leather, their prices for real leather were cheaper than the bonded/pleather sofas at the other stores - AND, we happened to be leaving town the next day so they delivered our set a half hour after we purchased it.
