Their expertise and care, their efficency, effectiveness, kindness and understanding while conducting the dental procedures is excellent ans commendable! My son told the dentist because he lives in Laredo. Then the dentist began talking down to my son and continued to ask what he needed to be done. The dentist was so unprofessional during the entire visit. He seemed very irritated and upset for no apparent reason and was taking out his frustration on everyone in the office. When I called to complain, one of the staff members reported, " the dentist is rude to everyone and we are so sorry for that". This is unacceptable and if this dentist continues to treat his patients so terrible he will soon have no practice. I am so disappointment that this is the only Dental Office that takes our insurance.

In witch a hour later I did not get an update I had to call back and offer my information once again that seemed to never had been in their data base in the first place. 5 hours later of patiently waiting still no call back and I decided to call once again & once again no information regarding if so I was covered with my insurance or not & if I could give them my information a third time for a call back on Monday. This is by the far the most horrible service the third time I had called they never answered and also forward me to a lady who said she didn't work the front office. And when I asked who their supervisor was they said her name and hanged up. Really rude. I was patient until they had me playing phone tag and figuring out answers on my own and wasting my time.

From the friendly X-Ray tech to the hygienist to the Dentist, everyone was great and very professional. I was told I was going to have quarterly visits which I didn't want to hear, but I am so glad I found this Doctor and his awesome staff.
