She was clear and courteous. The waiting time was GREAT!... We were called faster than what we could complete the forms. The gentleman that took the photos on my child was clear on his commands and had a lot of patience. The orthodontist came in and took his time to evaluate my child. The quality of care received from him and the staff was incredible. My son told the dentist because he lives in Laredo. Then the dentist began talking down to my son and continued to ask what he needed to be done. The dentist was so unprofessional during the entire visit. He seemed very irritated and upset for no apparent reason and was taking out his frustration on everyone in the office. When I called to complain, one of the staff members reported, " the dentist is rude to everyone and we are so sorry for that". This is unacceptable and if this dentist continues to treat his patients so terrible he will soon have no practice. I am so disappointment that this is the only Dental Office that takes our insurance.
