Also the 2 (3?) roads through the park are winding roads rather than grid-like streets as in Rancho Benicia (not surprisingly in Benicia!), where I lived for about 9 months in 2016-17 and the winding streets make the park feel more country-like, for want of a better description! And, even more important, the residents here are friendly and that's a big bonus. The problem is that one's happiness in such a park to a great extent depends on the managers. You can be happy with the managers when you first move in. Then for one reason or another, those managers may leave and who knows what the new managers will be like. I had to leave Rancho Benicia because the manager was, pardon me, a bitch. She made life so toxic that I had to move. But there is nothing you can do about such situation except move.
