The technician plumber will take the time to explain what is wrong and will give you his most reasonable best guess to fix it. In our case, we had just bought a house, we had a leaky kitchen faucet that was leaking into the baseboards under the sink, we needed a new faucet, I went out and bought one and Javier came out a few days later and replaced it. I went to Home Depot Martinez and paid $169 for a Delta kitchen faucet. So yes you should totally go with these guys!
