This used to be a fairly decent hotel but it's obvious vampire investors are dredging out as much money as possible while eliminating anything that costs money or supports customers, including repairs, upkeep, housekeeping, breakfasts (although they still advertise a free breakfast) and just about anything else that makes a stay comfortable. It's filthy (don't walk barefoot in your room!), the elevator was broken, there was NO hot water, the a/c didn't work worth a damn, the sheets were in terrible shape, the Internet cuts out every hour and you have to go through much work to get it back, and you have to be out of your room by 8 am if you want housekeeping to clean it. We won't stay here ever again for our annual visits. They deserve to go out of business. PS Neither theTV nor the microwave work. Beware they charge your card before check out time and they keep charging. 4 different people - even had a car towed the poor guy was working in the area- rode with his boss. Manager came to the room with gloves on as if he was ready to fight someone. Total Scam!! Not only one person but several people- they will just charge away on your card and not blink an eye! Calling it pending charges on a debit card!! That never get reinstated into your bank - been 3 weeks and still not received money back. Total SCAM!! $700 out room for a week is 400 everyday you will have a pending charge on your card for 55 or 57 or 177 guess it depends on his mood!! Rodeway inn charges come from Sleep Inn. I love staying at the Roadway inn. It's always an easy check in process. They are quick to answer the phones, the cleaning staff does a wonderful job. And the rooms are very comfortable and have a home feel to them. The rooms come with a microwave and fridge which is always a nice perk. Great hotel and the price is great as well! No breakfast as advertised, no pool or hot tub as advertised, yet they charge full price for the rooms....carpet is ripped, instead of fixing it they put duct tape on it, carpet needs a really good cleaning, not a happy customer read more

i was called a liar, threatened to have the police come and argued with to the pint of just leaving. we were in town for a funeral and asked for a late checkout. First argument. but agreed to a check out time. an hour before that time they knocked demanding us to leave. said I was rude and called me a liar. we have stayed at this motel a few times in the past but we won't be back. read more

We've stayed there a couple of times recently. The pool has not been open for months. The rooms feel damp and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The carpet was warped and felt damp. We are looking elsewhere. read more

The place was good for a vacation. the thing is it's weird that the front office is on your right which is kinda weird. Moved from the crappy super 8 in Fremont to this hotel. Was great at first, good breakfast and good service then management went downhill Saturday and Sunday of that week. My brother and his crew are up here working and they had a week by week reservation, the management had over booked the rooms half the crew was in including my brothers and kicked him out. When one nice associate tried to help us the assistant manager banned one of the crew members and told the girl we couldn't get a room. Then Sunday they charged another person of the crew 900 something dollars for the room when it was supposed to be half of that after she asked to talk to the manager they banned her and said that they weren't going to refund her. They then charged ANOTHER person of the crew 700 dollars which is bizarre. The assistant manager or whoever she is I think her name is Karen has been caught many times lying and overcharging many people and she is the reason the hotel lost over 12 peoples month by month rooms. Unless you just want to be jipped and out of money or you want to be left with nowhere to stay then don't stay at this hotel. read more

I have stayed here multiple times, but will look for other accommodations next time. 3 of the 4 access doors to the hotel are non-functional. Have been for OVER 6 MONTHS. Screens are ripped and sometimes flapping in the Nebraska wind. This time I had a TV remote in the room that was not even the same BRAND as the TV. Needless to say, it was NOT a universal remote, it was just a wrong remote. Brought it to the desk and the employee said, "there's nothing I can do about it." Very unhelpful. Also, the coffee maker was without a lid but they didn't replace it, they left the broken one in the room. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but stunk from previous smokers and attempts to get rid of the smell with other chemicals. Bad. Towels were threadbare and torn. I wish I could rate this motel HIGHER! Top notch room, with probably the cheapest price we've seen in YEARS! And when the desk clerk told us breakfast was at 6:30 and we responded that we needed to be gone by 4:30 to catch our plane, he offered to have bagels and coffee out by then.... not only did he have bagels and coffee, but thee entire breakfast was out! Biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, muffins, waffles, to name but a few, coffee, tea, apple and orange juice, ... in other words THE WORKS! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! read more

stayed here before and the service was GREAT. Called couple months ago to make a reservation and I asked to make sure the spa was working as I have reserved numerous other times at different motels to find out the spa or pool is shut down. Nothing was mentioned when I reserved the room. Checked in around 1-2pm and nothing was mentioned or no notice that the spa wasn't working. Attending an outdoor wedding and returned to the room around 9pm. Got changed into swimming attire and went down to the pool/spa area. Turned on the spa as to nothing happening. Went to front desk to ask and they said " hasn't worked for dyas/weeks and are waiting on a part. I asked why was nothing mentioned when I asked upon reserving and again upon checking in and they said "it still has hot water". I said my bathtub at home has hot water. Again asked in the morning when checking out and the customer service was very rude. I am sorry but to me a spa without a "bubbler" is like anything without the main part be it a vehicle without automatic transmission, a toaster without the elements working, or an oven without the broiler working. read more
