Bonjour gas station was average before the hurricanes and is still average afterwards. We have to…read moreget gas almost daily to keep our generator going for our house and we prefer to come here for the customer service we get from the security guard hired to watch the station. He'll pump gas for you and places your gas containers into your car which is super helpful. The cashiers on the other hand are bizarre. You can go through an entire transaction and they will not say a word. I guess it's not as bad as someone being rude to you, but if you don't want to talk to people why work in a customer service position? These days they sometimes run out of regular so be prepared to get premium if you are unwilling to drive to the next gas station and the credit card system here is hit or miss (based off of internet connection), some days it's working some days it's not so make sure you have cash. They are still operating their dine in fast food section of delicious pizzas and fried chicken but don't have ice cream and a lot of cold products anymore as the distributor stopped providing it since the hurricanes hit. A bonus is the pump to air up your tires is also working again (one of the only ones we could find operating on island) and it's free so come here. #St.Thomas #USVI

They are open post hurricanes and unfortunately due to the rolling outages their car wash isn't operating with the same hours as before. We've stopped by during one and the workers are just chilling in the sun waiting for the power to come back on. They are still cash only and offer full services if they have power. I've got to say the only part about this car wash experience that still irks my hubby is the drying part. Sometimes the guy is there sometimes he's not, sometimes the guy at the front runs to the back to dry also. I think the drying guy is just overwhelmed. You've got like 4 guys at the start of the car wash doing detail work on your tires and shooting the car down and then only 1 on the other side for drying, that's the short end of the stick. We've also noticed that their vacuums have lost a lot of suctioning power and don't do as good of a job in picking up dirty bits in your car as before. But if you've got a dirty car and don't feel like washing it or don't have power yet to get your water pump going to clean it yourself, check Splash and Dash out! #St. Thomas #USVI

Keep in mind the sign on the building says the car wash would be $10. I pulled in and the manager told me it would be $30 even though my vehicle wasn't very dirty. I asked why it was less on the sign and he said nothing but shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I ended up finding a really good car wash with friendly staff a few miles away and it was only six dollars. Stay away from this place, there are other choices on the island.

Humidity + car - AC = me grouchy. Our AC compressor was damaged due to a shipping accident when our…read morecar was transported to the islands and Marco was a referral from our mechanic at Auto Diagnostics that was taking care of everything else that was damaged. This is a user friendly shop (for St. Thomas standards), you go in get an estimate in 15 minutes, Marco orders the parts and an appointment is easily scheduled when parts get in. He also takes walk-ins which is super cool. Everywhere else we checked out to get this job done either had scheduling restrictions, rude customer service reps, or we had to get the parts ourselves ( yea right!). Marcos was also was very reasonably priced, it was a little under $400 to get everything completed and fixed to have ice cold AC again. During the repairs he ran into a complication and because it was time for us to pick the car up he told us that we would give us a loaner car or if we needed it he would stay until it was fixed. Very customer service oriented. Marcos is open post hurricanes and fully functional. The only gripe I have is that he doesn't really have parking where his shop is located so you'll have to park inside and typically block someone else. He's also on one of the busiest streets in Charlotte Amalie so his team will stop traffic to help you back out. Marcos is your guy on St. Thomas for car AC repair work! #St.Thomas #USVI
